Extremely horrid experience.I have NEVER in my life had such bad experiences with any food establishments.The staff(not all but most)are extremely rasict,rude and disrespectful to even PAYING customers.Not only does this place not practice cleanliness for example the place is barely EVER clean;food and dirty rappers on the tables,oh and don’t EVEN get me started with the washrooms.Those washrooms are SOOO dirty people should not even be able to use them it is filled with absolute fith and mess🤮,(infact I found a HAIR in my food once),and they are bias towards different races.They kick us out because my group is majority black people(my theory),but when these other groups of people come and sit and buy NOTHING they say little to nothing.But when it comes to us(my friend group)they kick us out and be tremendously dramatic about it.In my opinion it was racially motivated and biased they don’t have to verbally say it they’re actings are speaking volumes,and note this has happened on multiple occasions.Yes,I get my friend group is big and could sometimes be “loud”,mind you EVERYONE else’s volume is the same as ours.This has happened on not 1,not 2,not 3 but a numerous of times I CANT EVEN KEEP UP🤷🏾♀️For example one worker came and kicked us out and even getting out from the back just to do so and did a circle back seeing ALLL the other people sitting buying nothing and guess what,she said absolutely nothing.This happened about 2 times and than the 3rd and 4th time we went to go line up and I kid you not they took the time out of their day to tell allll the staff not to serve us like who does that to kids who just want to go and buy some food(this happened 2 times even today)so finally I’m feed up and decided to write this review.Mind you half the time it’s only OUR group getting kicked out we just go there like everrryone else sit,eat,and clean up after ourselves unlike some other people.If anything we buy more than the other groups who don’t get kicked out at all.All the purchases we’ve made probably add up to 100+dollars.I could really sue if I wanted to.It’s as if they are getting rewarded,for what?😂sitting down and buying NOTHING,absolutely hilarious!!But one thing I will give to them is the food is good and okay nothing crazy.Allthough they mess it up sometimes I sympathize with the employees for having to work under such pressure and busy environments I’ll give that to them.As I said not ALL of them act in this way towards us it is usually the workers that our older.It has not always been like this there was a time we’re it was peaceful and nice but now they’ve showed they’re true Colors towards us recently and it is very sad how they are treating us unequally and unfair.Overall bad service and overall environment to be in will not be recommended to anyone point blank period.If I could give zero stars I would.Please do not delete I would like people to see what we’ve been going through🙏I would add photos but I do not have any.It was an incredibly frustrating and unfair situation we’ve been dealing with at this food establishment. Read moreI come to this Tim Hortons location about once a week and each time the staff finds a way to mess up my order. Last time the lady at the window forgot one of my sandwiches, when I went back to the drive through I told the lady in the intercom that I was just here and circled around because i was missing an item, the lady then reads my order to me, exactly as I ordered it, I told her yes that was my order and I'm missing a sandwich, when she noticed she made a mistake she told me to come to the window to give me what I was missing. I pulled up to the window and she asked me again what the problem was, like she was hesitant to give me the bag with my missing sandwich, so I told her nicely she forgot one of my sandwiches, she had only given me 3 instead of 4. She then pushes the bag out the window with such a nasty attitude. I figured it was probably a rough morning, and maybe the staff was overwhelmed. Weeks go by and I return this morning June 11th around 10 am. I made my usual order, the guy who took my order was nice so I was hopeful that I would have a better experience this time around. That was until I pulled up to the window, the lady tells me my total and just as I'm about to tap to pay she informs me there isn't a hash-brown in my bag (I ordered a meal btw) so I asked are you going to replace the hashbrown with anything else seeing as your charging me a meal price. She looks at me annoyed and says WHAT, so I repeated again, since you don't have hashbrowns and you're asking me to pay the meal price are you going to replace the hashbrown with anything else? She says nothing, just looks at me, so I look at the lady next to her and ask is there any substitute since I'm not getting my hashbrown. I was so confused why would anyone charge a meal price and not give a meal or better yet offer a substitute? What bothered me more was that she was getting mad that I asked for one.
Nevertheless the staff is always rude, the coffee is always overfilled and spilling through the cap. When you ask for a cup holder they just stare at you like you're bothering them or asking for too much so you just drive off to avoid confrontation. Read moreThe restaurant manager there is so rude and unprofessional. I was meeting a client there this morning and the manager came to our table and ordered that we leave right away because we didn’t buy anything from her restaurant. We told her that we will go and buy something soon, but she demanded that we leave right away, or else she will get someone to move us by force. We begged her to give us a minute to save our work on the computer. However, she started verbally abusing us and threatening to call someone to get us out of the restaurant. My client stated that he is a regular customer, and this morning he came and bought a coffee. But this was not good enough for her. She was rushing us and continuing with a statement that she will call someone to do so. I stood up and I told that I am going to buy something now. She left without saying but insisted that she wanted us out. I went something drinks. She saw me and she hadn’t say anything after that.
But after our meeting, I asked her for her name, and I informed that I would file a complaint against her business and the way she treats her customers. She said go ahead and file it. Right after that I notified my manager and told her about the incident. She said the agency will definitely file a complaint because our agency always spends thousands of money on Tim Hortons gift cards.
To me, this behaviour was unacceptable. I have been in many Tim Hortons in Canada, but I never witnessed disrespectful behaviour from their staff or managers. I believe this location was opened to serve the community but not to abuse them.I believe she should respect people regardless if they buy something or not. She should not treat differently because of their financial situations. Frankly,I believe people should not go there as she has no respect for them.
