This Tim Hortons was our "GO TO" for the last year. Ever since their renovations, however, the service has been poor. I have turned a blind eye to it for the past couple of weeks because of ease, and it used to be so great. Tonight, I was in here twice. The first time, I waited at the till for 6 minutes and no one came out front. There was 2 employees at least in there. I left as I was on shift and had a call. Then I gave them a second chance about an hour later, an hour before they close. I was greeted with unfriendly service. I ordered two steeped teas. I was asked with a scolding tone if I could wait for them to brew a new pot, to which I replied yes. At this time, the second employee came out of the back and asked "willing to wait?" to the first employee, and proceeded to roll her eyes. Eventually, I got my teas and left. When I got home to put honey in my tea, my cup was only filled a little over 3/4 of the cup size. This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me, and led me to write this review. I waited for 5+ minutes for them to brew a new fresh pot of tea, but they didn't have enough to even fill my cup. Taking into account the last few weeks of service since they've reopened, and tonight's events, I will no longer be giving my business to this Tim Hortons, nor would I recommend anyone...

Read moreThis has consistently been the worst Tim Horton's in the city for several years now. Today was the final straw.
At around 2:20PM on July 9th, 2018, I went to this Tim Horton's despite having received sub-par food and treatment there in the past. Note that I have also worked in food service and thus already have impossibly low standards when it comes to customer service -- but I did not actually receive customer service today.
I was the only person in line. There were three staff members working. Two women, one man. One of them appeared to either be correcting a transaction, or ringing herself up for her break. None of them acknowledged me, instead preferring to glance nervously at the fact that there was a customer. Another person joined the lineup and they became even more agitated, but still refused to so much as greet us. The second person attempted to speak up, but was dismissed by the male employee and further ignored. I understand that perhaps only one till was open and the woman was eager to ring herself up for lunch, but there were two other employees there that could have, at the very least, said "hello" and explained that there would be a...
