Music played is upbeat low energy and club-like with occasional pop mixed in that matched the vibe, very nice and soothing! lighting is very nice, dim yellow, feels warm while soft on the eyes. very clean, I saw staff wiping down tables the moment people left. many patrons, very lively! there is also wifi. overall, amazing atmosphere! When ordering everything is very customizable and flexible, such as adding grilled chicken (which was incredibly tender and juicy) to my tortellini. Servers from other tables would grab finished plates as they passed, so clearing the table was very efficient. A water pitcher was provided with lemons in a dish to add to your glass. Servers were very nice and communicated if they were busy or not. they remained helpful during the entire experience. So service was a definite 5 stars. ALL THE FOOD WE ORDERED WAS AMAZING! everything was very flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The truffle dishes like the fries in particular were incredible! their sauces like soups, chowder, and the truffle tortellini were packed with flavor and creamy, amazing texture and taste. I was literally scraping my plate with a spoon. their dry seasonings like the fries are also to die for! and for desert I ordered the cheese cake, very average, but great. Overall amazing experience I cannot recommend this place enough! Pictures provided don't do the food service, many orange hues are weakened, just trust me that they look very warm.

First time at an Earls. It's a nice place. My server was Stephanie. She is a sweet, funny, young woman who takes a genuine interest in her customers. I got no name for the hostess, but she was friendly and helpful, too. There is a variety of seating. I was at a table for two with wonderfully wide, firm chairs. The table was next to the windows. I had a full track of ribs with coleslaw and potatoes knowing full well I would be unable to finish it. I had an Arnold Palmer with it. It was all very good. The coleslaw had a different flavor and it was good. There was a lot of extra mayo or sauce, but it was still good. The potatoes were excellent. The atmosphere is a little loud for me. The music is okay, just a little loud. I'm unsure whether the entrance is accessible. There is plenty of space for wheelchairs inside. There is plenty of parking, just be sure to tell the staff you parked there. That's important. There is a large patio. Everything was covered when I was there because of recent rain. It would be a nice spot to sit. That said, the location is on a major street. So eating outside would be noisy from traffic.

Visited Earl’s Kitchen + Bar on a steady Wednesday night. When my friends arrived earlier and were already seated and eating, they mentioned they didn’t receive much attention or table checks from the staff. It wasn’t until I joined them halfway through the dinner that service started to pick up a bit. While our server Emma was polite, the attentiveness just wasn’t there from the start. As for the food.. it was okay at best. Nothing really stood out, and it lacked the consistency and flavor Earl’s used to be known for. With the recent changes in management and the kitchen team, the overall quality seems to have slipped. The dining experience now feels more like a standard western chain rather than the elevated casual spot it once was. Great ambiance and friendly enough service, but unfortunately, the food and experience didn’t live up to expectations.

Alyssa was an okay server, she was nice. We had a couple of celebrations with our group of girlies and although she made it feel extra special, I felt like she could’ve been more informative and attentive.

We booked our reservation for 9:30pm with the intention of having happy hour menu items and pricing. I acknowledge that when we ordered we could’ve asked if it was going to be happy hour pricing, but at the same time as a server she could’ve informed us that because we sat in the dining room we wouldn’t be able to get happy hour pricing due to their policy which was extremely disappointing. It felt like she jumped to the conclusion thinking that we were aware of Earls’ new policy. I also felt like it wasn’t fair that people who ordered Steak Frites were still able to get HH pricing but if you ordered another HH menu item you had to pay full price. If you were going to honour the HH price for a menu item for a specific item at the table, you should honour it for the rest of the table.

Another thing was that our friend and I came a little later, but we sat there for at least 10 minutes with our group of friends and our server was no where to be found to take our order. Additionally, our friend was thirsty for water and started looking at my other friends’ water cup, we were almost done our dessert and I had to ask our server politely if she could grab us more water. If she had been more attentive, she would’ve saw that our water cups were gone prior to being given our meals.

Unfortunately, due to this experience I will not be coming back to this...

I prefer not to write bad reviews because I understand businesses have a tough time these days. However, I had an unpleasant situation at this location recently. Here are some insights of my experience:

We had a reservation of 20 people and my friends had to wait 30 min to be seated which was ok for us at first. We didn't wait long time for the food to be served which was nice. Food was ok but my cocktail tasted like there was only alcohol in it which wasn't good for my taste. I ordered 1 margheritta pizza that was supposed to be on happy hour which I asked before ordering, my husband order a club sandwich, we ordered 2 long island iced tea and 1 coke and we paid $97.27. We didn't receive any copy of our check and neither did my friends. I used to be a server so I know for big groups a gratuity of 15% or 18% is included on your bill, however, for a 2 people dinner and considering I ordered my food on happy hour, I don't think they charged me as supposed to.

Overall the place is nice, one of the servers was very nice and helped serve the cake and treated us nicely. However, I don't mind paying what places charge for their products and services as long as I have a clear idea of what I'm paying for. Because of that, I don't I think I would plan to celebrate anything here anytime soon.

I hope this helps anyone who's planning on making a big group...
