UPDATE: this store gets worse! I order thru Uber … $97 + tip total & I’ve asked drivers before if they could double check if all my items are there before leaving BUT they aren’t allowed because Tim Hortons seals the bag & they aren’t able to open the bag once it’s sealed? 🤔 And of course, today I ordered as my so. Wanted Tim Hortons wraps for his bday lunch/dinner…… delivery driver dropped off my items…. Bring it all inside to find out they didn’t give me my 3 hash browns and chicken habanero or w.e it was….. called the store and they literally just threw the responsibility onto Uber!! They definitely didn’t like when I said “ how is it Ubers problem when your store made & packed everything??? Needless to say she took my number for her “manager” to call me back…… SURPRISE I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL!!! THIS IS WHY I STOPPED WORKING FOR TIMS…… THE PPL IN “CHARGE” HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
Order thru Uber from here cause they are the only place I have found that sells maple donuts but EVERYTIME I order donuts from there, they are destroyed by the time they get here because they put them in bag!!!! Either by themselves so the bag sticks to the entire donut OR they stack them together so every donut but 1 has zero icing AND they put plain donuts in with iced donuts!!!!! My dog was excited but then I couldn’t give it to him cause it was COVERED in maple icing

Read moreThis is the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. We ordered through Skip the dishes, but the issue wasn't with them, as the bag was sealed and in good order when it arrived.
We ordered a bacon/egg farmer's wrap and a croissant BELT breakfast sandwich.
What we actually got was something different.
The BELT had no bacon, lettuce, or tomato. It had a couple pieces of sausage. It was charred black on top and was thrown in the bottom of the bag upside down without the packaging (packaging was beside it in the bag so it somehow must have shifted. Although the bag was upside down).
The farmers wrap came with a TON of bacon all piled up, slices of sausage and very little egg (which was smushed). I don't eat sausage at all. It was such a mess. It also was wrapped in a paper wrapping instead of the usual box packaging it comes in. It was flat, like someone had stepped on it.
I called the store. They laughed it off saying they had a new guy in training and to call skip and get a refund or to come back to the store and have it re-made (which kind of defeats the purpose of using Skip). They're pretty much just saying they don't care about skip orders or the quality of their food/what they send out because it was a delivery and then becomes Skip's problem. Ok fine, but what about the delivery fee, tip and being without food to eat (the food wasn't really edible in the condition it arrived in).
Skip refunded the two breakfast items after we sent pictures of what we received.

I tried but it didn’t work.I called another store to see if they have Chili and their manager told me to ask the store manager to do my refund they usually do and I told her they won’t do it here)She (the other location manager)even talked to the supervisor at (12580 Symons valleys ROAD) to help me out. I was so impressed about her amazing customer service. but this supervisor said they don’t do online order refund. If so, app should let us know no item or sold out before payment went through!!!! Ridiculous!!! After all that, this supervisor (12580 Symons Valleys rd) told me to go to nearby Walmart timmy to pick up my order.ya very nice!!!!!!!!! So then I wondered, why couldn’t she help me out for the first time!!??? How did she even moved up to SUPERVISOR POSITION!!?? This is really ridiculous situation and so comparable on how you can solve a simple problem to make a big disappointment to the customers. We ordered 3 large chilli and it was already a second stops from other Tim tortons that they didn't have chilli so tried online order but that happpened. We were so sick of this poor service. Worst location to go!! No drive through neither .Didn’t even say a word of “sorry” Hate this location!!!!...
