OPA! of Greece Creekside — Restaurant in Calgary

I don't know if I reviewed OPA before but here goes, usually it's pretty good and no issues but tonight they screwed up the order and my veggie wife got chicken instead of her falafel, we got all the way home found out it was wrong, drove all the way back and asked them to redo them.

At first they weren't going to redo mine too but the fact that it has now sat for 30+ min back and forth to the house and now sitting at OPA it should have gone unsaid but I had to say it. I know the staff were working hard and understand mistakes happen but I never really heard a sorry or anything and I had to ask them to redo both, as they threw my pita back on their grill to warm it up but fries are getting all cold and soggy, they did include a treat and a bag when I got my order but overall it wasn't the best experience, I don't think I was mean I wasn't yelling at them, just calmly asked if they could fix it and they did but it was still a pain for the whole trip again. I like Opa I really do. Anytime you can get Calamari in Greek tzatziki is a good time in my opinion.

If you're reading this you must like Greek food. And if you're like me you Mike you must like to know that you can get it for an apple budget and rather quickly. So you have to lower your expectations a little bit because the portions are not going to be as large. And you're going to get what you can get from a franchisee.

To get five stars for me on this franchisee I would like to see for the price I'm paying one extra skewer of lamb versus just one skewer of lamb I mean let's face it we're paying over 10 bucks. There's no waiter and I'm taking it to the table myself. I think you guys need to step it up

Today at 1300hrs, Upon receiving my take out order of 2 platters and a shrimp wrap, i opened up the containers and I didn’t see any shrimp when I opened up the wrap . Went up to the counter to inquire about it . One of the two female staffers immediately said it’s rude that I double checked my order , proceeded to dig around the wrap for the shrimp ( which turned out to be at the bottom of the lettuce and tomatoes ) lost half of the veggies in the process . Grabbed the shrimps from the wrap to “show me” and kept yelling “see???” Gave it back to me with half the fillings missing, and kept yelling I was rude and I should go to another OPA and “why come here”
