I wanted to share my recent experience at your 5303 68th avenue branch, which unfortunately left me quite dissatisfied.
On multiple occasions, I've encountered issues with the points redemption system at your drive-thru. Most recently, I had to pay in full despite having already redeemed an offer through the app. When I asked for a receipt to verify the transaction, it was evident that the attendants are often rushed and may overlook scanning points accurately. This has happened to me several times at the same location.
During my last visit, after realizing the redeemed item was charged incorrectly, I approached the counter for assistance. Although the attendant eventually rescanned the item, the interaction was disappointing. She initially declined to refund the overcharge and suggested I purchase the item again, which wasn't feasible as I had no need for a duplicate. Moreover, her colleague's response to the situation was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting I might not have included the redeemed item in my initial order.
Additionally, the potato wedges I ordered were not up to standard; they were stale, old, chewy, and ultimately inedible.
I believe it's crucial for your staff to receive proper training in handling customer interactions, especially in resolving issues calmly and efficiently. Rushing through transactions at the expense of accuracy and customer satisfaction is concerning.
I hope you'll take this feedback constructively to improve service quality and customer care at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreTo Location manager,
This is to bring in your notice the unprofessional attitude of your staff at Tim Hortons location (5303 68 Ave SE #152, Calgary, AB T2P 3K4). I am writing to you because it is second time same incident happened at this location.
Yesterday I ordered two cheese grilled sandwich with hash brown, tomatoes and spinach in it along with ketchup and two large triple triple coffees. After making us wait at parking they handed over sandwiches and hash browns separately. When I went and asked this not what we have ordered, they simply took the cold sandwiches and slid hash browns inside them without warming them up. When we asked them as the sandwiches went cold by the time all this happened, they should have replaced them with new ones. But to our dismay, the lady on the phone arrogantly said this is the way they serve to customers and it’s human error and she can’t do anything about it. We told her that this is happening twice at your location and we never faced such situations like this in any other location. Instead of apologizing or showing some respect she told I don’t care you can report to higher authorities.
We never expected such arrogance and unprofessional attitude from the employees of Tim Hortons in our life.
Request you to kindly look into such unprofessional approach from your staff at this...
Read moreWas just at the store on Smed lane and 52nd st. at 440pm. The manager on shift got aggressive when asked if we could have extra cream in the ice caps like we asked when ordering . She slammed her hands down resulting in the straws flying out the window . When we asked the supervisor for managers name she said that the girl was the manager . The manager than refused to give us her name and glared at us while covering her name Tag.they both then ran in the back laughing infront of many customers in the store who were waiting to be served . Who ever the owner is needs to get this location under control . The girls are always chatting while people are waiting to be served . Yelling in the background whrre people cant even hear at the drive thru .I let that go . But when your managers are aggressive that's where I draw the line . I also have video that I'm deciding what to do with . I'm thinking YouTube. I would really like for the owner to deal with this in the correct way . Both your Manger and supervisors conduct was unacceptable. I don't need to have someone to be violet when...
