Let’s start with the ambiance: the fluorescent lights flicker like a horror movie set, and the seating arrangement screams "we gave up trying." The floor was so sticky I nearly left a shoe behind, possibly as a sacrifice to the Fry Gods. I ordered a Baconator, and what I got was... well, it had bacon. Somewhere. Possibly. The bun was aggressively stale, the patty was colder than my ex’s heart, and the cheese had clearly given up hope. I’m not saying it was microwaved, but it had that special “rubbery sadness” texture you can only get from a hard reheat. The fries? Imagine someone describing fries to an alien, and the alien giving it their best shot without ever having tasted one. Limp, lukewarm, and somehow both greasy and dry at the same time. A true scientific marvel. Service-wise, I was greeted with the kind of enthusiasm you'd expect from someone who just found out their shift was extended another 6 hours. I get it – we’re all tired. But watching my order get tossed on the counter like a dead fish was a new kind of fast-food low. But the real kicker? They double charged me. I noticed the duplicate charge right away and brought it to their attention. The manager gave me a shrug, told me “there’s nothing we can do,” and suggested I “call head office.” No apology, no urgency, no refund. Just pure indifference. We went to this location last night, through the drive-through, ordered our food & one of our orders had allergies (which they were told), so we asked, no lettuce, no tomatoes & no onions. We pulled over to double-check our order, & a tomato was on the burger, no big, so we went back to the drive-through & let them know. They quickly made us a replacement. On our second check it then had ketchup (which the first burger did NOT have any ketchup on it) so we went back through & this time, I'm assuming a manager, came to the window, was VERY rude. He told us the first burger is their fault, but the second is our fault, as we have to specify the condiments which are on the board (we went & looked it was no where on the board). We told him there was no ketchup on the first burger & we specified that tomatoes were an allergy. After going back & forth with him for about 5 minutes, they made us another burger & all was fine with that one.

This manager clearly needs to be retrained in how to deescalate a situation & not put blame on the customer when the correct information was given on our end. As a manager myself, a simple understanding, apology & finding a solution to the situation goes a long way!!!!

Terrible staff, run down, dirty restaurant. Getting to the location was difficult and parking is dumb.

I understand that the customer isn’t always right, but we watched a person come in from the drive thru, missing a burger. He showed his receipt and his bag. The lady came from the back and said “I did it myself, so it’s right” with major defensive attitude. So the manager basically told the guy he was SOL. The guy said “well it must have fallen out of my truck then, cause I don’t have it”. Manager basically just shrugged. Terrible customer service.

Our experience wasn’t much better. The They gave us our fries several minutes before our burgers, so fries were cold. The mayo on my burger was all on one side, so half my burger was super dry. And walking to the bathroom was like walking through a swamp. Literally. The floor was flooded. Very unsanitary and unsafe.

Just happy we’re passing though and will never have to frequent this location again. If you can avoid it, do. There is a McDonald’s and A&W...
