Ordered a chicken combo inside, proceed to wait 25 minutes and watch the completely incompetent staff make literally everyone inside angry about something, whether it was insane long wait time, incorrect order, or someone came in complaining about stone cold burger. They have order numbers on the receipt, but gave no one their receipt so the lady has to say the order out loud and watch 4 people all come up saying its their order. 2 people that ordered after me start receiving their food, so I go up and ask the woman where my order is. "what was your order?" Explain to them what I ordered and she proceeds to look around and ask everyone about my order to no avail. I then wait another 20 minutes before the manager comes out with my order, apologizes and says they put in a free onion ring. That would be great, if the onion rings were not cold and tasted terrible, tasted like the oil was used to cook fish too? To top it all of the whole time there is an employee standing in the waiting area talking on the phone for the entire 45 minutes I was there while everyone waited way too long for their terrible food. I wish I took a picture of the sandwich because it was the saddest looking chicken sandwich I have ever seen. To the other reviewers saying cut them some slack they are new, absolutely not. if you have a brand new store you set everything up to make every customer a repeat customer. Heard two separate people stating out loud how this will be their last time coming, and I couldn't agree more. What a way to drop the ball on a new...
Read moreI tried this place twice and I will never go back again. It took me 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I actually got my food. It’s called fast food for a reason. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes I would have gone to a real restaurant. I understand it’s a new location, but really there is no excuse. I’m paying my hard earned money and I’m getting cold food, poor customer service and wasting my time when I have better things to do. The drive thru is very slow, there were only 3 cars ahead of me and I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order. Then after placing my order it took another 10 minutes to get to the pick up window. They had my food ready when I got there, but the manager who was working at the window, told me to wait for my drinks. Excuse me, but aren’t the drinks the first thing you give to the customer? They should be ready before the food. While I waited for my drinks the manager went off to deal with another customer at the counter inside the store, meanwhile 3 other employees just stood there and watched me wait. One female manager came over to the window to ask me what I needed and I told her my drinks and then she took off! What?! Wait! Can nobody just give me my drinks so I can go eat my food and clear the drive thru for the next customer?! Nope I guess common sense does not prevail. A 30 second task took up another 5 minutes of wasted time for everyone. I’m sorry to say I will not be going back...
Read moreBack a year later and the some old thing!! Wow, guess the franchisee doesn’t care about the goggle reviews!! Even after asking for light ketchup and mayo, you get regular or more!! Asked for a large drink got a medium sized drink and ordered a Poutine instead of fires!! Ended up with poutine soup, had enough gravy to make a second order!! (2022) The food was okay, but I don’t remember seeing a condiment sandwich on the menu!! When you order a Bacon King sandwich and all you can taste is the ketchup and mayonnaise and you can’t taste the bacon, cheese, bun or the meat paddies! There is something wrong, especially with the rising food cost and it’s not just one location, as I used to travel a lot do to my job!! Companies are looking to control cost, employees require a living wage, and customer are looking for good quantity and quality for their hard earned money!! So with better training, portion control, on a simple thing like condiments and employees taking pride in their job, there could be a better balance. Because if the company can save money in one spot they can invest back into their employees and then the employees can take better care of the customers. Which will have more customers coming back, and putting more money back into the company, which in turns benefits everyone in the end. Because without customers there is no money coming in to support the company, which in turns me no jobs. It the...
