NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Have ordered from this location using Skip the Dishes for severalweeks in a row, (found no Issue with the food). This time, upon delivery,I noticed that the order was not complete, or wrong. Driver was not concerned, basically said "take it up with Skip the dishes bro" I instead called the restaurant. The manager of Burrito Boyz Hespeler Road sounded like he was in a car on the highway (he assured me, he was not), advised that I place a second order through Skip the Dishes for sour cream (at a cost of over $8) and he would send my order (that he had been graciously holding for over an hour).He secondly recommended that I place an order through Uber Eats. He insisted that it was not the restaurants fault (that the restaurant gave the wrong order to the driver). The driver insisted it wasn't his fault. Any one of thes could be true, however, it leaves me with just one question; what "service" does Skip the Dishes actually provide, if they are not a Liaison between Restaurants and Drivers and Customers? It would appear that skip the dishes makes money "providing" such a "service", but is not concerned with the fulfillment aspect of the transactional contract. Why does it take over an hour of my time and effort to get refunded (not compensated for my time and effort,while still hungry)? The understanding I had was that I would pay a "service" provider $50 to have two Burritos sent to me. Instead I spent the time I was looking to save by not cooking, trying hungrily to get my money back.The manager insulted my integrity and understanding of the circumstances several times and has tarnished my opinion ot the 5 burrito Boyz locations that I frequent in the greater Toronto area monthly and Especially this location.This Brand, Location, and Skip the Dishes are not worth the hassle. I will NEVER do business again with either and I will recommend that ALL Family and friends and business associates...

THEY PUT ALL THE SAUCES IN THE BURRITO.
I ordered for my family, 2 naked burritos (one chicken, one steak), a cheese nachos, and a pulled pork burrito.
My burrito was basically a wet pocket of lukewarm ingredients. If the added the mild sauce, I couldn't tell because the mango salsa (which they do NOT indicate will come IN the burrito) drowns out all other flavours. There was about half a tablespoon of pork in one half of the burrito (pictured).
Now, I'm aware that my favourite combo of ingredients is on the wetter side of things [Pulled pork, lettuce, tomato, refried beans, cilantro, bell pepper, and mild sauce]. But this was like half microwaved, day old stew in a soggy tortilla.
More over, the nachos were just cold chips with a random sprinkling of cheese, tomato, and cilantro (Pictured as well). I had to construct a warm plate of it myself, AND go get more cheese because they skipped out on the extra cheese I asked for. They didn't even bother to remember the sour cream.
Look, I've worked in food service too. Fast food in particular is a thankless job that will test your will to meaningfully engage with your fellow human. But at least try my, guy. Or is the goal to make people stop ording from you at all?
And let me just add, the uber drive arrive 5 minutes early, and handed the food off. It didn't have time to sit...

When I went back I politely indicated the steak was missing and rather than them taking responsibility for the error, insisted I pay additional for the missing steaks. I then opted to simply cancel the order and get refunded. They refused stating they didnât have the system codes to authorize a refund. I waited 40 mins as they tried to call management to authorize the refund. I was then told a third option which was to pay for a third order which they would then use to add the steaks to my original orders. I refused since that would be far more money. They then said I could pay for one steak order but they wouldnât make fresh bowls, just add the steak in the side. After having been patient and kind with them, I had enough and demanded either they provide the right order or return me my money. They called management a second time and said they would only make fresh bowls if I paid for the difference in price for adding the steak. After coming to terms that I would receive a refund, I caved in out of necessity and paid the difference. The entire ordeal took an hour. No customer service. No accommodation. No understanding.
