Delicious pizza but the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
First - We ordered two pizzas and when my husband went to pick them up, one of them was a completely different pizza - Chicken Taco instead of Chicken Pesto. My husband was very polite and just told them that that wasn't what we ordered, and they argued with him and insisted that he was wrong. To the point that he ended up paying for the wrong pizza because he had our kids with him.
Second - We ordered delivery. Two pizzas and large cheese sticks. When we got our delivery I noticed it was a small size cheese sticks (I know the normal size we get because we order it all the time), so I called the store to let them know. They told me the sizes had just changed in the past couple days, and the small was now an 8" and the large was now a 10". We ordered from them again a week or two after, and the large size cheese sticks came in the normal large size (12").
Third - I contacted corporate by email to advise them about the horrible customer service. They were nice enough to offer me a $35 credit to use for an online order. We made the order last week. My husband went to pick it up and before he would give him the pizzas he became very pushy and insisted that we tell him what the complaint was because "we never get complaints here."
We will gladly drive to Guelph from now on to get our fix of Red Swan. Never going to this...

I had an amazing experience at the red swan in kitchener but the Cambridge one is not worth it. Ordered the butter chicken pizza with butter chicken sauce as base, and I was told that I only ordered butter chicken sauce as base only and was told that they repeated the order and I get that but was still missing cilantro and I was apparently told that I was not the person who ordered the pizza when I was and I offered to send in the picture, the guy kept arguing that I got exactly the same pizza. I told him to repeat the order and he mentioned cilantro but I was telling him that I am indeed missing it but he kept saying that he repeated the order and I told him that I know he did repeat the order but he would not get that I was missing cilantro it in the pizza. It was such disappointment as I was looking forward to order from the one closer to my home. The girl on the phone who answered was rude as well. I do not know but honestly they will argue and try to win the conversation even if they are at fault. I have myself worked in food industry for about 4 years but the 2 people who worked there tonight were just disrespectful. They will fight you . Read moreI have been a regular customer and always order the same pizza. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered, I received a burnt pizza that my children could not eat. When I called to report this, I was told I would receive a credit for a future order.
Three weeks later, I called back to use that credit. I repeated my usual order, and later received a call stating that my original pizza did not have tomatoes. I said that was fine and I would pay the difference.
When I arrived, I showed the photo of the rock-hard, burnt pizza I had originally received. I explained that not only was I inconvenienced the night of the order—having to buy something else for dinner—but also that I had to drive back and spend more gas to resolve an issue that was not my fault.
What shocked me most was the lack of customer service. The employee at the counter went to speak with the manager, who refused to even come forward and address me directly. Instead, he told the employee to relay his response: “Tell her no.”
In today’s economy, where businesses should value and retain loyal customers, I am extremely disappointed by how this was handled. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
