I had visit this location back in March. I ordered my usual a super assorted. The lady who waited on me only put 6 slices of meat. When I visit another location I asked how many slices i should have gotten and they said 8.
Today when I went for lunch i paid attention abd again a male waiter put 6 slices of meat so I corrected him and said it should be 8. I sat in to eat and they wete quite busy. The lady working along side Zach was acting very overwhelmed abd "odd". She kept coming out either complaining to Zach how she had been big order and he was going to have to cover things out front. Then she would come out and tell the customers she was filling a large order even though Zack was doing a good j9b serving everyone out front. The customers started talking about her as she seemed like she was getting aggressively overwhelmed. All of a sudden she yelled very loudly "jesus christ" I jumped as she startled me notvto mention a child standing in line with her father. This lady should not be employeed her and I would have spoke up if that were my child in the line. I got up and took my lunch to go. I was hoping to enjoy my lunch after catching them twice now making my sub with less slices of meat they come with and a unfit waitress screaming profanity while there is a line up of customers one of which was a young child. It's safe to ssay I won't return And will be calling head office.
Save yourself a trip to this location and go elsewhere
2 star for food as it taste good but two visits in a row shortened me on the amount of meat
5 star for waiter Zac as he held it together even having to deal with that lady staff....he was friendly with all customers and made subs as quickly as he could

Ordered a sandwich grilled that I've ordered a million times before. I didn't see it since it's drive thru. Opened it at home and it's badly burnt. I go back and they didn't even apologize but got attitude from the guy there. Got excuses like " it's supposed to look like that. People like it like that. We cant control the grill". You might not control the grill but you do control what food you give out. Burnt is burnt. Grilled means grilled. If your grill is broken, just say that.
I came back with the full intention of just getting a new sandwich but the excuses and attitude instead of ownership of admitting to bad service and food caused me to ask for the refund. The lady there at least looked apologetic and was willing to solve the problem.
