I visited this Domino's location today to pick up two pizzas, but my experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service. The staff member working there displayed an arrogant attitude throughout the interaction. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by redeeming a coupon, which I had received from my kid’s school.
If customers aren’t welcome to use coupons, perhaps Domino’s should stop offering them. I shouldn’t feel like I’m asking for something personal from the staff’s home! If this employee is unhappy working here or serving customers who use coupons, maybe he should consider a different line of work.
The attitude was enough to make me second-guess ever returning, no matter how good the pizza was—and to be fair, the pizza itself was great. However, good food doesn’t make up for rude service. I recommend management hire staff who are enthusiastic about customer service and genuinely want to do their job. Disappointing experiences like this are why some people might hesitate to return.

Read moreI showed up at this location, I'm not familiar with Cambridge, I ordered 6 pastas bowls . Well I guess I ordered from the other location. Well Armand I think he's the manager or Owner said no worries I'll call the other location its just down the road and get to bring your order here. I was like no no its to much trouble. He said nope you just sit and wait in our lobby. He said it'll be 10 minutes. So I decided that id order brownies while I was waiting . Well Deep showed up from the other location in 5 minutes and it was still gonna be at least 5 minutes till my brownies were going to be ready , So Armand said Terri we'll put your pasta bowls in the warmer while you wait for your brownies. I thanked Deep for coming so fast with my order. Not only did Armand go above and beyond customer service but he wouldn't let me carry anything out to my vehicle, He carried it all out for me. Read moreApologies for not doing this sooner. Firstly I have never had a bad pizza with any Dominos . Last week I attempted to order 3 XL pizzas from a competitor but they wouldn’t deliver to me as they said I live too far away (I am about 6kms). I called Dominos on Franklin and Avenue who are a little farther away but were more than happy to deliver. When I placed the order I was told it would take about 40 minutes which was ok with me. 20 minutes later I receive a call from the delivery driver saying he had pulled into the wrong driveway and wanted clarification where I live. 2 minutes after that he’s pulling into my driveway and I had my pizza. The driver was very pleasant even when I wasn’t (I was upset about trying to order from the other pizza place) and he could tell I had been upset. He tells me “You may have had a bad day but Dominoes is here to at least make your night a little better “ Wow! I laughed and yes Dominoes had made my night a lot better. Thank you!
