I have ordered from here many times and stupidly continue after so many bad experiences. Tonight we ordered 6 pounds of wings for pickup and my husband specifically asked for them to be labeled as we had more than 2 people who ordered certain sauces. Come to find out that they are not labeled after asking and verifying twice while ordering. I have had this happen more than a few times while ordering but today I decided to finally call and complain. After waiting on hold for someone to speak to I got ahold of a waitress and explained the situation she said my only 2 options were to drive all the way back so they can label them and then send me back home or I can give her my address so she can come to my house and label them ( all the while using an extremely patronizing tone). After asking if she was serious and trying to talk she continuously cut me off and talked over me. I finally gave up and said I would call the manager or owner myself as her customer service is atrocious. She then got defensive and started rambling about how everyone loves her customer service and then pretty much hung up on me after saying she was gonna call the manager right then so they could "deal" with me.
As someone who has worked in customer service for years I can honestly say I would not want someone like that representing my business. I do love their wing flavours, the wings themselves are good and the prices are amazing but after this experience I am extremely...
Read moreJunior’s has genuinely become one of my favourite spots in town—and my partner’s too! From the moment I moved here from Ottawa, I found comfort in this place. I used to come in solo, just for a drink and a bite, and always felt welcomed. There’s just something about the vibe—it’s warm, relaxed, and very family-oriented, which I love.
Now, it's our weekend go-to, mainly because of their football pool (seriously, such a fun little community event!). It’s low cost to enter, but what's the prize if you win? Worth it! Even more than that, though, it brings people together. We've met so many locals just hanging out and cheering during game days—it’s always good energy.
The place can get busy (small-city life!), but that adds to its charm. They’ve expanded and renovated recently, and the updates show—it’s clean, inviting, and much more spacious.
Now let’s talk food: YUM. I’m super picky with what I eat (like, extra), and Junior’s always hits the mark. No weird food moments, always fresh. They always get it right.
P.S.: Yes, they do have small wings, but they are the only ones I'll eat anywhere, lol. Which is...
Read moreI recently came to Cambridge on business and a friend recommended this restaurant for their wings that are apparently out of this world but I will never know. I came in the place was pretty busy, I expected a bit of a wait which was fine, I asked for a water with a lemon and got a water with no lemon which I'm also okay with. Two waitress just came and checked on me to make sure I'm okay and I said yeah I'm just waiting for my wings, they never came.. I waited 40 minutes to finally go up to the bar and ask where is my wings? They said oh they'll be ready in about 10 minutes. I said they even start making them yet? She said no.. so I said never mind forget it. I have to be somewhere. Realistically I had nowhere to go but The service was terrible so far. I didn't want to experience anything further, especially not paying them for any food an hour after I ordered. I'll try again next time. I'm here but so far...
