McDonald's — Restaurant in Cambridge

To the manager or shift leader, please have some empathy training. It was my first time at this location. I was with my kids trying to get groceries. It was busy (it’s a Saturday so I expected busy) and my kids were doing very well being patient. They were hitting their limit, my toddler had a near pee-accident… let’s face I hit my limit too and became frazzled. I had to get the drinks (I was forgetful that was my duty.) After moments of “what am I going to do?!” since the drinks around the corner with no visibility to where you are supposed to park your carts outside the restaurant, I decided to quickly bring my cart in instead of taking my 18month old out of the cart while also keeping my 3 year old in check. I get it, you’re not supposed to but frazzled mom with increasingly restless kids… the manager decided to loudly inform me that “it’s a good thing the fire Marshall didn’t see” because that would be a fine of $2500. I completely understand informing me of my poor choice, but when I start to say I understand, he decides to continue but saying “it’s not my fine, it would be yours!” Again, loudly. I’m obviously very overwhelmed and visibly frazzled so that was not helpful. You could have done your job of informing me of the rule without the embarrassing display. Never again will I be coming here. Thanks for making a hard time worse. I loved walking out of Walmart fighting tears from rolling down my face. Luckily, as a wonderful fellow mom who was also in the establishment quickly came up to me and asked if I needed help because she’s been in my shoes and knows how I’m feeling. I have been to many mc donalds. But the hospitality that I received here was the worst. I think Mc Donald's doesn't care anymore who they hire to put a face for their image. From the time I entered this place not even one person smiled at me, looks like I entered a graveyard. After that I placed two separate orders one for burger and another for fries using mobile phone. The first one I got right away and for the second one I waited 10 minutes and still it didn't show up on to my table. I went near reception I waited for more 5 minutes still I dont see any one preparing my order. You will laugh at the order that I was waiting for "one small fries and one large fries". I saw a guy packacking that finally and when the recption girl announced the order number. I didn't Listen to that as I thought it would be mine coz I was waiting for 15 minuts and took the food. Then after a minute she walks right towards me and says thats not your food why did u take it. It's some one else's food. I said I ordered same small and med fries so I thought that was mine. To that she just stood in front of me making me feel like ai am thief. My god such people also exists. Looks like Mc Donald forgot why people cone to their restaurant." To get fast food" If your food takes 20 minutes why do we bother coming here we could have some nice food prepared in...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this McDonald's location, and I must say it's truly one of the best around. What sets it apart is the warm and friendly approach of the owner and the entire staff.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. It's evident that the owner takes great pride in their establishment and goes the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic experience.

The food quality was exceptional, as always, and the service was prompt and courteous. But what really stood out was the personal touch the owner added to the visit. They took the time to engage with customers, making everyone feel like part of the McDonald's family.

This level of hospitality is a rare find and deserves special recognition. Kudos to the owner for creating such a wonderful environment. It's evident that they truly care about their patrons and their satisfaction.
