McDonald's — Restaurant in Cambridge

The restaurant is a typical McDonald's, clean lobby, clean bathrooms, plenty of seating. Since seating is a tall table on stools and some are comfortable chairs by a fire place.

From personal experience it's very hit or miss if you get the items you ordered and most times food isn't hot or prepared to custom request.

The outside is well maintained with ample parking and excellent handicap access. There is a McCafe with their tiny donuts and cookies.

Always double check your order at this location before leaving the drive thru.

Bon appetite. Update: today we went to Cambridge Memorial hospital and our son was born! So we decided to celebrate with some classic McDonald's..... Sadly... Once again.. our order was messed up..

I ordered two double cheese burgers with no pickle.. that came fine, the fries were warm (it was delivered so that's on us) the drinks were right, even though we ordered one diet coke and one coke Zero, both lids had the diet bubble down so we didn't know which was which..

Now for the other part of the order, I ordered a double quarter BLT.. it came with no lettuce (I am now assuming the L stands for love and not lettuce) and a big Mac with extra onions.. which came with less than the standard amount on it.

The last time I got the same order.. the double quarter came with only one meat patty...

I get that new people make mistakes.. but guys.. it's literally written on the screen infront of you..

I am going to suggest to everyone that you order from and make the effort to drive to a better McDonald's.. I've given them a hundred tries to do better and I just give up. It's not happening.

Driving to a further away McDonald's from now on in hopes of better...

I have been using McDonald's for over years and am happy with their service and food. Today, I happened to visit this outlet in 400 Main St E, Cambridge, ON. Had the worst Customer service by AMANDA. She lied saying to me McDonald's doesn't provide whipped butter for Happy Meal Hotcakes with Hash browns.

I explained to her everywhere they gave, I think you have to check. She said No! We don't give. I asked her you don't provide it in this outlet or in McDonald's. Without any hesitation, She explained at McDonald's we don't give and she refused to give like she's offering me food for free.

Unfortunately, it is also to be served with syrup according to McDonald's menu (Attached). This is how they teach in McDonald's to deal with customers?.I don't know what's wrong with her. I have never seen her smiling face who is dealing with customers at morning service.

Moreover, I ordered Eat-In she served me Take out. Seems she doesn't know basic to read and understand the orders made by customers.

Later, I approached the duty manager(she's kind with a smiling face) and asked for it she just gave it away without any questions. 🙂

I'm seeing a lot of poor reviews down below in here, it shows that it has constant poor customer service. I would suggest the Franchise manager or the owner to take care of this for a better business.

And also, I can see experienced and aged people are working there with high knowledge who can be put in front for the customer service for a better business. I see many aged canadians are visiting, I demand a better and good service for...

I am still actually unsettled about my encounter tonight , I ordered $57.00 worth of food and most of the combo fries were missing when I got home, doesn’t surprise me, but tonight I decided to go back I’ve let this thing slide so many times before and I live fairly close to this McDonald’s … I go through the drive through again and the young girl says oh I remember you you were just here , so she got the manager middle aged East Indian woman comes to the window reads off my receipt and says I only ordered one poutine, I say ok regardless if you took my order wrong I’m still missing 3 medium fry ! She said no they were in the bag, I’m kinda getting more ticked now because she’s looking at me like I’m trying to doup her out of fries ,, I’m in awww figured I had to pay for the poutine but my combo fries are a given .. not a chance, she said she knows all of my order was in the bag , I asked her for her name she said thats irrelevant .. told me to come back in the morning to complain to the main manager , she closed the window 😳 Who in this world acts like that, I could even understand if it was a younger worker getting on like this but she was no teenager … my family is a family of 6 and I spend an embarrassing amount of money at that McDonald’s, but I can honestly say I am turned from fast food joints and this McDonald’s will never get another penny off of me , and I know my little threat of not returning is laughable to such a big chain ,, but for me it’s honestly...
