Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Cambridge

Not a customer, and didn't order from this place. My feedback is more for the vendor that delivers your food, ubereats.

Today at about 1:20pm, I watched someone drive up the wrong side of the road I thought to myself, that is a little bold.. maybe its an emergency? they proceed to drive into the oncoming lane and then parks in front of the property. Driver steps out directly onto the sidewalk. Proceeds to ring every doorbell to our multi unit property.

Spot a 'Quesada Burritos & Tacos' bag in his hand... not a good look.. ubereats has no direct CE contact so I figure lets reach out to the restaurant.

Contact the store.. friendly lady picked up the phone and explained the reason for my call, trying to emphasize that the ubereats driver isn't exactly reppin the Quesada Kingdom very well. She said...she wouldn't remember 'all of that'. Rough.

This store likes to randomly close early which is extremely frustrating when you drive across town to get it. This has happened several times, where they’ve closed up to a half hour early (possibly earlier). The time i arrived at 830pm (when they close at 9), I thought maybe there was an emergency and was a one time thing, but this has happened several times since then. I had gone in to order a Burrito Bowl asking for only Cheese, Mild Salsa and Habanero Mayo just to have corn piled onto it, I had tried to say something but he couldn't hear me over his Galaxy Earbud in his Left ear. When I had pointed out I didn't want corn I had been scolded being told I need to speak up, from there the interaction was very aggressive whilst I was the one being blamed for his mistake.
