The Big Slice Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in Cambridge

ON POINT! I’ve been here a couple times mostly to see what the bad reviews were about. I’ve ordered chicken wings and Pizza several times and they never seem to disappoint. Every time I’ve ordered they’ve had it ready before I get there and I always get my food hot and fresh. The chicken wings go for around 7$ and they give around 5 wings and each time I ordered them they were amazing, the BBQ sauce on them was quite literally “finger lickin good” I never found that they were raw or overcooked or etc. They were a reasonable size and it was definitely worth the money. As for the Pizza I’ve tried Veggie and their Meat Lovers Pizza. And let me tell you, that’s how you make a Pizza! The Vegetables and meat always taste fresh and the crust has a unique garnishing which was quite delicious. I haven’t tried their burgers or fries but their chicken sandwich does look appetizing. For those wondering Yes it is Halal. As for pricing it’s reasonable and worth the money as some other chains charge absurd amounts for a large pizza. If you’re in the Cambridge area and want a change of Pizza I recommend Big Slice. In the future I hope they grow to a size that caters for Dine-In as right now the shop size is quite small and there is no restaurant ambience. I ordered 7 sandwiches one hour in advance and specifically asked if they could have the food ready by 9:30 PM. The girl over the phone assured me that they would. I arrived at 9:30, and while paying for my food, she told me it would be another 7 minutes. At 9:45, I realized my food had not even been started, and she had just begun heating the bread. I watched them prepare at least three other orders before mine. What is it that gives some customer’s priority over others? I ended up being half an hour late due to this. I have ordered here before, and every time, the food quality has dropped a bit more, and the waiting time just seems to increase. Today was the worst I have ever witnessed.

This restaurant used to be my favorite, but after my recent experiences, I will never be ordering from them again. The worst customer service! Extreamly unporfessional. Was told a different amount for delivery and when my pizza was delivered I was told I am charged an extra $7 dollars and on top of that when I paid I did not get my change back as the driver said to me that this is how it works! I asked him if i take a free pizza from the store is that how its gonna work u need to oay me back and he started fighting I called the store and they did not take any action! Extreamly sick behavior!! Cold Pizza pizza had the rrcipet shoved inside the box which is disgusting!! and all the toppinga were soo less that we litterally regreted!!NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SICK PLACE AGAIN! Also the order was delievered after 1.40 and i was told it would be delivered within 40 to 50 mints also the driver refused to get out of his car and come bring me my piźza to the door i told him I am high risk pregnant plz bring my pizza to the door i am soo disgusted by this!
