Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Camrose

I really wish I didn't have to share this kind of review. Firstly, I entered this store and I was very surprised that the gentleman that helped me (at 6pm) was not wearing a mask. Not only was he just helping at the till, but he went over to box my pizza and did not wash his hands in between. The business clearly indicates on their door I am required to wear a mask (and is mandated by the government right now), therefore shouldn't you be?

Second, I ordered 4 pizzas. When we arrived home to eat dinner, we realized that our Triple Crown did not have pepperoni on it 🤦 Really Pizza Hut??

ON TOP OF THIS, I called to advise what happened. I got put through to the call center because the store was not answering and got transferred back to the store. After waiting OVER ONE HOUR on hold, I finally had to hang up to put my child to bed. You can imagine how I started the call at a level 1 and my temperature rose to a 10 after an hour. I cannot even leave a message for someone to call me back?

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I order it for delivery and they sent me an e-mail saying it would be delivered by 5:48pm it wasn't so I called at 6pm asking about it and they said it was on the way. At 6:15pm it still wasn't here and we had a meeting to be at for 6:30pm. So I called again and they said oh her forgot your pizza so he had to come back to get it and deliver it to you. Very rude service. We went to pick up our order and there was a sticker for SPC. We asked the guy if they take SPC and he was like "What is that?" We explained that it is a discount given to students and he sais that he has nothing tp scan the barcode with. He rudely asked us where the sticker was and we ahowed him and he again said they don'toffer such a discount. He was very rude and we will never be coming to this location. Pizza Hut at this location should either remove the sticker to prevent misleading their customers, or they should educate their employees about this. Very...
