Quiznos — Restaurant in Edmonton

I’ve been a loyal Quiznos customer for years and genuinely enjoy your food, which is why I’m disappointed to share my recent experiences at the Manning location.

The first time I visited, I received a footlong sandwich with only 4–5 small pieces of chicken, barely any toppings, and no noticeable sauce, it felt like I was eating dry bread. I decided not to complain, assuming it was just a one-off mistake.

when I returned two months later and was served by a different employee , I experienced the same thing: barely any chicken, just two small slices of cheese on the entire sub, almost no sauce, and this time, I was told I’d have to pay $1 for a few olives despite always being able to pick my own toppings at every other Quiznos I’ve visited.

To make matters worse, the store looked poorly maintained , barely any chips available, no access to public washrooms (claimed to be “out of order”), and overall, it didn’t reflect the quality or service I’ve come to expect from Quiznos.

I’m very disappointed, especially since this happened twice in a row. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I will be following up. I believe customers deserve better than receiving half of what...

I’ve only ever eaten at Quiznos once before but my boyfriend loves it. So we went in… the lady was nice and all but my boyfriend asked for extra jalapeños she wouldn’t give them to him…. Considering I didn’t get any on mine she could’ve given them to him. For the price of a dang sandwich this really kinda irked me. He eats at Quiznos (other locations) and he’s never had an issue. I get it if someone wants extra of ALL toppings but when they only get 3 toppings and want extra of one I don’t see the big deal. Probly...

One star for everything. Customer service is so bad. They charge for vegetables. I got only onions in my sandwiches. It is so pricey.50 cents for adding lettuce. Oh my gosh! They didnt let us use washroom. We told them we want to use washroom to wash hands. They didn't. I mean how we going to eat it with our dirty hands. We have to drive home to wash our hands and eat. By the time we reach home, our sandwiches got cold. Its so bad. I will never eat from here again. Worst service...
