From the moment we stepped foot into this culinary haven, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and positivity that immediately made us feel at home. The service deserves special mention – it was truly exemplary. Every member of the staff, especially our server and greeter, Atikur, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. Atikur's kindness and friendliness added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our visit memorable. Moreover, the restaurant owner, Ogl Sorder, also made a point to personally check on us throughout our meal. His presence and attention to detail spoke volumes about the commitment to excellence that defines Olive Turkish Cuisine. Now, onto the star of the show – the food. We indulged in a feast fit for royalty, starting with the Adana Kebabi, a tantalizing blend of flavors and spices that danced on our taste buds. Next up was the legendary İskender kebap, a dish so iconic it's become synonymous with Turkish cuisine itself. And let's not forget about the beef adana, their take on Shawarma, which was an absolute revelation. But what truly stole the show for us was the quality of the beef meat. It was unlike anything we've ever tasted – tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor in every bite. It's clear that Olive Turkish Cuisine takes immense pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and crafting each dish with the utmost care and attention to detail. And as if the incredible food wasn't enough, we were also treated to a thoughtful gesture of tea and sweets as a welcome – a small touch that spoke volumes about the hospitality of this establishment. Moreover, the ambiance of Olive Turkish Cuisine was impeccable, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that added to the overall dining experience. This restaurant is simply it, a true piece of Turkey right here in Edmonton. There are simply no words enough to express my experience I had with Olive Turkish Cuisine. It was the absolute best authentic and traditional Turkish BBQ and cuisine in the entire city, that no other Turkish restaurant dares to compare with. Very professional, very friendly home-like service with extremely generous portion sizes, ultimate cleanliness and of course very delicious meals. I am so glad I discovered this place.
(Myself, after a long time trying to find another true, authentic Turkish restaurant here in the city that serves traditional Turkish BBQ kebabs and delicious Turkish traditional cuisine, after the closure of the old Turquaz Ala Turka on 14016 127 street, I thought all hope was lost until I discovered Olive Turkish Cuisine for dinner recently as I was driving by randomly for the first time and had a feeling it was going to be special hidden treasure unlike no other. After Turquaz Ala Turka's closure a few years ago, there was no other Turkish restaurant in the entire city of Edmonton that served such authentic delicious Turkish recipes and a variety of delicious options. To my surprise I discovered that Olive Turkish Cuisine is actually managed/owned by the same wonderful staff of the former Turquaz Ala Turka, Note: not to be confused with "Turquaz Kebab House" that shares a similar name).

The menu offered a delightful array of Turkish dishes, and I couldn't resist starting with their creamy hummus and fresh homemade bread. The flavors were authentic, and the hummus was incredibly smooth and flavorful. We ordered the Fatoush Salad, Ezme, Haydari the Trio for my gf and I. The meats were cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and bursting with spices.
The service was impeccable, with the staff being knowledgeable about the dishes and eager to make recommendations. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable. To complement the meal, I tried a glass of their house-made Ayran, which was a refreshing and tangy delight.
