From the moment we stepped into Papa Giuseppe Kitchen, we were enchanted by its inviting atmosphere and stunning interior. The use Slat Panels from Woodeco not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also creates a warm and cozy ambiance that perfectly complements the dining experience. The menu offers a delightful fusion of flavors, expertly crafted to satisfy every palate. We were particularly impressed by the Pinsa, a unique and delicious twist on traditional pizza that left us craving for more. Each dish was a testament to the chef's creativity and dedication to quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to recommend their favorites, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. Overall, Papa Giuseppe Kitchen is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary haven where passion for food meets exquisite design. Whether you're looking for a memorable meal or simply a cozy spot to unwind, this hidden gem in downtown Edmonton promises an unforgettable experience.

The restaurant is small, quaint and the service is absolutely astonishing. Kenzie was great. She was attentive, pleasant and the service was fast. We ordered a Caesar salad, 2 pinsas, and the tiramisu. The salad was a decent size portion for 2 people to share. It is tossed in a house made dressing, which was spectacular and topped with prosciutto. It was delicious. The first pinsa was the Lupo. A variety of fresh vegetables and juicy tenderloin beef. The second was the La Bella Vita. Sliced peppers adding a kick while the balsamic glaze drizzled on top of the arugula toned down the heat. The tiramisu was average, it was about as good as most restaurants, I had higher hopes as everything else had set such a high bar. Overall, our visit was fantastic. I wouldn't have asked for better service and the quality of the food was great. I would love to dine with you again soon!

First time at Papa Giuseppe’s. It’s nicely tucked away on a charming little industrial street just off 116th, west of MacEwan. The spot draws you in right away—there’s a cute patio out front and a very clean, nicely done interior. The menu’s small, but everything on it is appealing—and the prices are even better. One sleeve of beer, one pizza, one gnocchi. The pizza had a light, crispy crust and filled me up without being heavy. Toppings were top notch. My lunch mate had the gnocchi and said it was very filling. The gnocchi is handmade, and so are all their pastas. There are three on offer, with one rotating weekly special. But really, when food is this good, you don’t need a huge menu. They know what they’re doing. Feels like the kind of spot that’s going to stick around. Cute street. Cute operation. Glad I finally checked it out.

Papa Giuseppe’s Pinsa Romana offers a delightful twist on traditional pizza, and it stands out significantly due to its health-conscious approach and unique ingredients. The pinsa dough, rooted in a 2000-year-old Roman recipe, brings a refreshing evolution to modern pizza, prioritizing both taste and nutrition. One of the most commendable aspects of this pinsa is its use of non-GMO ingredients. By incorporating a mixture of wheat, rice, and soy flour, Papa Giuseppe’s ensures a high-quality, easily digestible product. The high hydration process, with 78% hydration and a 72-hour fermentation, results in a light and airy crust that absorbs more water and offers a delightful texture.

Health-wise, the pinsa is a standout. Compared to traditional pizza, it boasts 48% less sugar, 85% less fat, 100% less cholesterol, and 33% fewer calories. These impressive statistics make it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy pizza without compromising their dietary goals.

In summary, Papa Giuseppe’s Pinsa Romana is a highly nutritious and delicious alternative to regular pizza, leveraging non-GMO ingredients and rice flour to create a product that’s both health-conscious...

A Delicious Surprise at Pappas Giuseppe Kitchen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

We stumbled upon Pappas Giuseppe Kitchen by accident, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

I decided to try their pizza, and I must say, the crust was unbelievable! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was a pizza lover’s dream come true. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, making each bite a complete delight.

To top off my meal, I ordered an espresso martini, and it was divine! The perfect balance of coffee and sweetness made it an indulgent treat that I won’t soon forget.

Overall, my experience at Pappas Giuseppe Kitchen was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of their menu. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this hidden gem!...
