Burger King — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

The entrance was full of trash, baloons all over the place popped garbage food. The whole place was filthy. The windows the doors the floors the tables the chairs. I had to wipe our table there was not one table clean or chair or booth. My wipe was black. NO EXCUSE. The drinks area was totally trashed like teenagers came and messed it up. But the worst part is one of the workers walked by and did nothing got himself a drink and sat to eat. The place was empty NO EXCUSE. Lazy. The burgers were soaking wet, the pop was watered down. The condiments were way too much. There was a sanitation bucket on a table just left there for an hour no one moved it. Again a worker sat by it never moved never cleaned a thing. The kitchen was trashed and disorganized things on the floor. The whole place was filthy. This place needs to clean their act up. I will NOT be back again. We were so excited to have a Burger King in Fergus but we won’t be returning. It is horrible I feel I need a shower after...

Disappointing experiences would be an understatement. The drive-thru service was slow, taking 20 minutes to get our order, even though there were only two cars ahead of us. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect when we received it, so we had to park and go back into the restaurant to have it fixed. This added another 15 minutes to the process. Unfortunately, even after the second attempt, the order still came out wrong. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes before finally receiving the correct order, but by then the food had become cold. As if that wasn't enough, leaving the parking lot was nearly an impossible challenge because the drive-thru line was blocking the exit for those who had parked near the building. It took us nearly an hour to receive the correct order and escape from the poorly designed drive-thru. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this...

I am vegetarian, every time I order the impossible whopper it is made to order. You have to wait a few minutes for it but totally worth it. Staff is so super friendly. Even apologized for the wait which was not necessary as I was so happy it was made fresh! Fries are delicious when hot. I always ask for hot, fresh salted fries and last time I got it and was soooo good. Today they were luke warm.. my only complaint. In my last order I tried the onion rings which I don’t recommend. Not crispy and flaky and fake tasting. I like a crispy panko type o ring and this was not that. In today’s order, I forgot to ask for any side sauce etc. but was pleasantly surprised that they gave me like 5 or 6 ketchup packets!!! Thank you!!! It was so appreciated!!
