KFC — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

Zero Star Review I had a very disappointing experience here today. I ordered a 3-piece combo and was served by a staff member who appeared extremely unprofessional—while serving customer- wearing sunglasses indoors, a long beard, and most concerningly, handling food without gloves. I watched him grab fries with his bare hands, which was incredibly unhygienic.

When I asked for an iced tea with no ice, he handed me a pre-poured drink from the fountain instead of preparing a fresh one. The lack of care was obvious. To make matters worse, the place had no air conditioning, and when I sat down, my hands were sticking to the table—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Feeling uneasy about the drink, I dumped it in the washroom and refilled the cup with water. Overall, the cleanliness, food handling, and customer service were far below acceptable standards. I would not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

We ordered pickup and when I got to the store in Fergus, I was informed that they cancelled my order due to lack of stuffing, we received no notification they just made a decision to cancel everything without even an email. When we called customer service we were hung up on, after numerous retries we were informed that the store will be handling our refund, at the store we were told we should be getting refund in few days but it would come from corporate KFC not the store.

Went to kfc tonight in fergus ordered a bucket of chicken and fries and onion rings. The chicken skin was rubbery and was pink inside and the fries had no flavour and had to throw salt onto them for flavour and they were barely cooked and soggy the onion rings were okay. Everything else was okay service was great restaurant was clean no issues there just the food wasn’t the best. Never had a problem at this location until tonight. Would i recommend it? No it seems there is plenty of other reviews on here that have had the same situation or worse. If you do go here be prepared for this...
