Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

Well let's start off.. First off owner /worker Mr. Pradip should not be reviewing his own store and telling lies about how good it is being under new management. Because it's not! On Saturday September 23rd, I ordered 3 Saturday Large specials online and was told it would be ready at 6:11pm. Walked into the store at the exact time to have the worker tell me it will be a couple of minutes (in my mind I said yeah right and chuckled). At exactly 6:29pm, the pizzas were brought out and honestly I was ok with it even though, I had 12 hungry kids waiting for them (that's all they wanted was pizza hut) UNFORTUNATELY!! As I walked outside with the 3 boxes, I noticed they looked a little small (I have never ordered pizza from pizza hut). So I walked back in the store and asked if these were mediums as I had ordered large. The person responded "yes they are", I told him I ordered 3 larges, so he checked the reciept and said "oh yes" (this was Mr. Pradip himself). And then he just stood there looking at me(possibly hoping I would take them), so I said I need large for the amount of kids. Mr. Pradip responded it will be half an hour, without any remorse or accountability for what he had just done. I asked for my money back, as it would be too long and left. Kids were a bit disappointed but enjoyed the pizza pizza I got them afterwards and within 15min. This is for all other reviewers who are complaining about customer service. Just take a look at who is working behind the counter and that should tell you everything you need to know!!! Customer service at this Pizza Hut location will only be diminishing from here on...

Spent around $50 and the pizza and cinnaparts were not even cooked. Cinnaparts didn't even rise they were so raw. I never get Pizza Hut but I really wanted dip dish pizza. You have no idea how disappointing this was. I talked to others about it and they sold me similar stories about the same place. I do not recommend at all. Ill be driving to Vitos in Elora instead...
