Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

I promised a review and here it is - this is by FAR the most incredible fast food/QSR chain/franchise restaurant in Canada. Bold claim, I know. But Jid and his team truly have focused on what matters most - FLAVOUR and QUALITY. Every meat, sauce, veggie was top notch and chocked full of FLAVOUR. I ordered a burrito, 3 tacos and the nachos to test it all out and everything was amazing. My wife is also celiac so it was wonderful to see Jid and his team so knowledgeable about how to properly handle gluten free allergies when it’s an allergy and not a preference. Also the Large burrito is literally the weight of a small infant. Love it guys - keep up the great work. Only minor points to improve upon - the carnitas, barbacoa and ground beef were heavenly but the steak was a tad too dry for my liking. Wouldn’t get that as a meat choice again. I’d also recommend adding either some alcohol wipes/hand wash area as things get a bit messy! Looking forward to coming back to try the haddock, shrimp and chicken...

Theres many reasons this place is well reviewed I came here after seeing dq for lunch while working out of town me and my co worker where instantly hooked and continued to eat here all week everday during our time in Fergus the food is amazing and the 2 bothers who own the establishment give and amazing level of customer service honestly if you like Mexican food you gotta try this place after afew days of easily earning my tips and happy conversation they took it upon themselves to offer me and my co worker a free taco each witch where fantastic (we normally got burritos). I have nothing bad to say about this place I honestly don't review food places often at all but these gentlemen really deserve the business with all there hard work I hope to see them again soon and I would like to wish them good luck for they're future.-Rick the...

Had the BEST experience!!!! Yesterday was our Girlies Wine and Chat evening and chose Mexican. Owner and staff were exceptionally patient, helpful, friendly and so accommodating!!! I popped in prior to get some ideas and returned to place our order for pick up later on (to be reheated later). The suggestions made by the owner and staff were brilliant in that we were concerned reheating might make items “mushy”. The tacos, salad/rice /beans bowl, quesadillas and nacho chips/dips were all EXCELLENT!! The owner’s signature sauce is a MUST!!!! He also did a number of “extras” which were extremely thoughtful and appreciated. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GuacMexi Fergus .
