Took a day trip to Elora and picked this spot for its reviews, smell of mussels, and the cute patio. The mains are expensive, especially for lunch, so we opted to share a few appetizers and a burger. Olives were good. Mussels were meh - I absolutely love mussels but their white wine sauce just wasn’t something I would crave. It wasn’t very memorable and didn’t leave me going back for more. The soup special - roasted red pepper - was amazing. However the portion was quite small, especially at $10. The bowl was tiny and more of a cup size. The burger special was great. Cheese could’ve been a bit more melted. And the burger patty was overcooked which is disappointing - especially for a restaurant that says they source their food locally. Should know how to cook a great burger. The potato salad on the side was tasty but I could’ve used some shoestring fries :). The back patio was cute but a bit awkward. Super quiet and almost felt uncomfortable. The service was brutally slow. We never saw our server except when she brought water, after we were out for quite some time. And then our server randomly switched and we had no idea.

The decor also wasn’t aligned with the prices - ripped plastic table cloths.

Not sure I would return, but it was a decent spot.
