Jack's Pizza & Donair ( The best pizza & Donair) — Restaurant in Charlottetown

Jack's really does have the best donairs in town. (well that I have found) Been going to jack's for a while now for donairs, they are always consistant and filling, the meat is spiced just right, and enough toppings and sauce. Always good and hot, wrapped lots of tinfoil to prevent a mess in your car.

When I get a donair from somewhere, and I'm good and hungry I usually order the largest one I see, and I eat what I can and the dog gets a taste. I must usually just get the large from jack's cause last night I messed up and got the super. It was delicious. It is worth while ordering this if your trying to feed a small family or just want a laugh at the sheer size of the thing.

I was starved and I couldn't even get through half. I don't know what this thing weighed but I wish I would have had a scale. It was great for the money, I definitely recommending sharing for the super donair.

I gladly give 5 stars for the donairs, the rest of the menu I would give 5 stars for pricing but you get what you pay for. If your on a budget I would say most bang for your buck in pizza...

Ordered from here recently. Had fond memories of the pizza being pretty good here and my partner had never tried it so we decided we'd give it a go.

We ordered online and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, great. Fast forward we go to pick up our order shortly after the 20 minutes has passed but the worker seemed confused, looked at the tablet/orders and saw it. The order was never even started/acknowledged apparently, was told we would have to wait another 15 minutes (so about 40 minutes for us to actually get our order). Meanwhile the place was not at all busy from what we could tell.

The worker apologized, which I appreciate and having worked in customer service myself I could have understood if the place was very busy, but this was not the case and definitely hampered the overall experience.

Food was pretty decent, not exactly what I remember but still not bad pizza/garlic fingers. Was a little bit crisp/burnt on certain edges, price was good for the...

Update: called our order into Jack's tonight at 8:50 were told they were closed 😅

Ordering online is an absolute disaster. We've been ordering jacks a few times a month. Most of the time, you need to try three or four times for the restaurant to accept your order. We order because they have cheap specials and the pizza is acceptable. Unfortunately, whether or not you'll get what you ordered is hit or miss. A few times, we've shown up to be told they received our order, but the system lost the order, so we had to sit around an extra 15 mins to wait for our order to be made. We've called in orders for 3 pizzas, only to get there and be told they only had 2 made but we could wait for the other to be made.
