Nimrods' Floating Pizza and Burger Bars — Restaurant in Charlottetown

My husband and I headed down to the Charlottetown waterfront for a casual date night. We sat on the patio, that has such pretty views of the river, and ordered a wood oven pizza from Nimrods'. I had the Veg Head and I loved it! Candied Figs on pizza is my new jam! My husband had the Moo Kids on the Dock, and the combination of flavours were a tasty play on a Big Mac, it even had lettuce and pickles!! Who would of thought pickles and figs on pizza!! Visited the floating burger hut location today at peakes quay, and ordered the ceviche. Staff were fast, polite, offered me cutlery (which was nice), generally did a great job. The ceviche was ridiculously good. Outpaced my expectations dramatically. 10/10 recommended, and it’s dangerous for me that this is within walking distance of my office. Price was very, very reasonable considering the portion size and quality (multiple large shrimp and scallops, and good portion of fish). I don't even know where to begin. This place is Narnia. The attention to detail and amount of care that goes into every pizza is like nothing I've ever seen. They continue to perfect the dough, the sauce and the overall flavor everytime. It is the best pizza I've ever had in my life and I consider myself to have eaten a considerable amount of it, sober and not at all.
