I live on PEI and Truckin Roll is my favorite place for ice cream. They have so many tasty flavors which range from classics to unique ("Mint to Be" is a raspberry, lime and mint drizzled with honey, is a personal favorite - most refreshing ice cream ever) ALL of their flavours can be made with the choice of dairy base or their non-dairy coconut cream base for those with allergies, intolerance or dietary preferences! They are environmentally conscious and are big on supporting local!! Happened upon Truckin' Roll after an evening out in Charlottetown. I can't explain how happy we were to have found this gem! I got the Black Betty with coconut milk and wanted to try to Bailey's but was not sure about Bailey's with my choice of flavour, so the staff offered to make a half and half creation! Needless to say it was unbelievable! Absolutely delicious! So much so, we stayed in town a little longer than anticipated the following day just to grab some ice cream for the road! Great service and even better ice cream! The wait can be long, but is expected and worth it for the hand crafted treat. There is a reason why the line is long... Because Truckin'Roll is nothing short...

Rolled Ice Cream..... If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! It is a tasting experience like none other. The ingredients get chopped up and incorporated into local dairy (ADL Dairy) or coconut cream.

They have a line up of regular flavours and some special, limited edition blends that are there until they're gone! This weekend it was a Raspberry Beret (raspberry crumble) and another one we didn't try.
