Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Chestermere

Honestly avoid this place if you can , this is our second time ordering in two week and it’s the second time something was forgotten when it was delivered . First time all our dips we paid for were not delivered , we decided to give them a second chance and ordered again this evening and this time our medium stuffed crust pizza as well as the marinara sauce was forgotten . Now we have to spend the next little while trying to get the money back for the missed items .

Update ** we have been told someone will call us back which they still haven’t , we also can’t get through to anyone now to get a refund . It’s not even like it’s a lot of money it’s the fact that they don’t seem to care they’re literally stealing money from people . Super sad a local company is...

Asked for Extra Well Done on my pizza and wings as my family likes their food and meats cooked well. A common problem with a lot of pizza places where the staff just don’t care for clients special instructions. Will never order here again.

Decided to order again June 29th, hoping to have a better experience. Pizza so undercooked the cheese wasn’t even melted! Why are you guys in such a rush to put out pizza !? If you can’t handle orders during Covid, how will you ever cope when things are fully open?

Ridiculously unsanitary and horrible customer service. The owner, Farnoush, was rude and not willing to make my order right after an obvious mistake, and not willing to issue a credit. The owner then refused to give me the location number so I could file a complaint. I found it anyway on the top of the receipt #4980-0. I will never come here again and hope that everyone who reads this avoids this place.

EDIT: The owner replied and tried to say that the mistake was somehow not their fault. They also tried to refute the claim of the store being unclean, even though there are multiple reviews stating the same thing. And it's not a "complimentary" remake if I still had to pay...
