Edo Japan offers a delightful fusion of traditional Japanese flavors with a contemporary twist, making it a standout for both sushi and teriyaki lovers. The sushi at Edo Japan is fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Their variety ranges from classic rolls to more inventive combinations, ensuring there’s something for both seasoned sushi enthusiasts and those new to the cuisine. The balance of flavors, particularly in their salmon and tuna rolls, is perfect—each bite offers a burst of freshness paired with the right amount of seasoning.
As for their chicken teriyaki, it’s a must-try. Edo Japan has mastered the art of cooking tender, juicy chicken that’s grilled to perfection and generously drizzled with their signature teriyaki sauce. The sauce is flavorful without being overly sweet or salty, which complements the grilled meat beautifully. It’s served with a side of steamed rice and fresh vegetables, making for a hearty and satisfying meal.
What sets Edo Japan apart is their consistency in quality. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, the food always arrives hot and delicious. The portions are generous, offering great value for the price. For anyone looking to enjoy a well-rounded Japanese meal, Edo Japan’s sushi and chicken teriyaki are highly...
Read moreI frequent Edo locations and I really like the ability to add extra veggies and meat.
This location was okay - to - good.
Portion was significantly smaller than the other 10 locations I've been too. Taste was on par. A meal without addons is approximately $15. I think there are kid portions at around $7.
Edo is great because you can have a bowl with rice (brown or white), veggies, and a meat or change to a bento box for an additional charge or even have a side of sushi. For me its handy because its fast and fairly healthy encompasses different Asian foods.
Seating was another reason I gave 3 star review. Tables were dirty and I was the only person in the restaurant; and the seats along then the window were in full sun leaving three tables. The restaurant is quite small.
Anyhow I like Edo al lot and would go back to this location however they need to improve: Portion size especially when upgrades are added on. Tables need to be clean. And possibly shaded or (more)...
Read moreI just want to take a moment to say how great my experience was at Edo Japan Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, welcoming, and comfortable, you can tell they take real pride in maintaining such a nice environment. The service was absolutely excellent, Gurinder and Sharan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that I enjoyed my meal. The menu has such a great variety, everything is fresh and flavorful, and the food came out perfectly prepared. It’s rare to find a place that nails every detail like this one does, from the cleanliness to the quality of food and service, everything was spot on. Definitely one of the best Edo locations I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be...
