Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Chilliwack

TL/DR: Awesome pizza and even better customer service!

I recently placed an order for pick up using Papa Johns website and there was a error after hitting confirm that told the restaurant to make the pizza right away, instead of waiting an hour for the selected pick up time.

I immediately attempted to correct the issue with the app, but by the time they had told me they couldn’t help and I had to call the restaurant directly, they already had my pizza in the oven.

After explaining the situation and error with the website, the owner told me not to worry, and that they would make a second pizza for me and it would be ready for my desired pick up time, along with the original pizza, but they would only charge me for one pizza

They have amazing customer service and great pizza! I would definitely recommend ordering pizza from...

Absolutely atrocious service. Delivered us the wrong pizza and told us to get it replaced we had to bring it back (completely negating a need for delivery). I offered to send a picture of the pizza which they declined. They told me they would deliver the correct pizza later that night with many apologies. They did not deliver the pizza and when I called to ask about it the next day they told me it was because I hadnt sent a picture. Also the wrong pizza came with a complimentary peppercini with a bite out of it. The pizza before was two hours late and cold but we thought it was a one time thing, our mistake was giving it another chance. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...

I ordered one chicken and one veggie pizza on 3rd February 2024, and took the order with me for my family. The reason I took one veggie pizza because one of family member is vegetarian because of religious reasons. The pizza boxes had a sticker on them speaking about the ingredients. However, the box with veggie ingredients had a chicken pizza , and vice versa.

When called the restaurant to complaint about the same , the casual answer was we are sorry, and it’s a usual thing here as our staff is new.

I am not going to say anything else , eat it at your own risk.

By the way toppings were hardly there on the pizza’s. other brands are way better in taste...
