Tried placing an order online, when it came time to pay, it kept giving me an error message with a phone number if the problem continues, to call the store directly. So I did. I told the woman who answered the phone what was going on and she asked me my phone number and address and proceeded to take a telephone order. So I started reading off my exact order from the webpage. Then at one point she told me that one of the deal items did not apply because I was getting the buy one get one free deal already. Okay, so on the spot, I had to come up with four separate large pan pizzas, to feed five people, and I am the only vegetarian, which I told her that I have been for 30 years. I told her that the main reason I prefer to order online, is to not to bother anyone. I admit, aloud, I shuffled my thoughts around not knowing what everybody would like and unfamiliar with the menu, but all while thinking that she would help me through it. So, as quickly as I can, I figure it all out, the four pizzas, a wings and things box, I add 2L bottles of drinks and dessert. Then I give her the promo code for the BOGO and suddenly she interrupts me and says “you’ve changed the order around too many times, it is just too complicated, go back online to place your order”. I said “no no, that is it. I’m sorry, but that’s it. That is exactly my order”. She hung up on me. So, as everybody wanted Pizza Hut, reluctantly I went back online and tried to order everything again. It worked ! Yay ! Payment went through, order was on its way. Food gets here, missing one pizza. Oh no, I messed up ! When going back online to order, I somehow missed my “cheese lovers” pizza, the one I eat !! So, I call the store, told the guy what happened and asked if he could possibly resend the driver with the pizza, as I have five people eating, including one pregnant woman with twins. I would pay the re-delivery. After all, it was buy one get one, but I get 3 pizzas ? The order was well over 100$. But to me, it was my meal, that was regular price almost 30$ to order alone. The man says “no, because you ordered online, there is nothing I can do this time”. I proceeded to tell him that it was a free pizza that was missing, and it’s not like I was unaware of the special, because I was ordering the special already. It was clearly a mistake on my part because of all the ordering, reordering, reordering, reordering, but after having payment processing issues three times already, was instructed to call the store directly, but then told it was too complicated and then TOLD to go back online. He repeated, “because you ordered online there is nothing I can do this time. Have a good day” and hung up on me. So, a family member who wasn’t all upset, called the store back. The man repeated the same thing. No help at all, no future credit, no voucher, no discount, no empathy, no apology, no compromise, no nothing. Nothing at all. I feel totally shafted ! All over a free pizza to them, that would have made a world of difference to me. Thanx Pizza Hut Sardis ! Never again !! (Side note …. 7$ delivery fee ?...

And of them claim it was the owner ? who merely dismissed me to go make a complaint online which I did! with a couple of emails, left my phone number twice no one has responded or replied to this day.. and you can see the outline of the original size pizza. I was going to come back on this review with a picture from a different pizza hut of an actual large from another location i bought not to long ago ( but didnt want to be that petty lol plus to much time consumption as well going back and fourth
and the other pizza size i ordered from a different location ( the same I ordered with your location) is alot more closer to the edge of the box and it looked like an...

Definitely order direct from the Pizza Hut website as there are some far better deals than on skip etc.
Figured out our order(2 medium pizzas, thin crust ham and pineapple and pan pepperoni).
The good: Order was ready in good time and delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery driver was very pleasant.
The bad: Pricing of the pizzas is quite high imo for what you get But the worse part was the absolute lack of sauce on the pepperoni. Was drier than a mummy.
I did fill out similar comments on the “official” Pizza Hut email they sent shortly after, and even selected that no one contacted me after they sent another email follow up.
As of yet, still haven’t heard but most likely won’t be back...
