Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Firstly the only reason I gave one star is because I have to give at least one star for the review to go thru. In all kindness, this place deserves zero stars perhaps even negative stars.! The food was totally horrible. the service was not very friendly or honest. We will certainly never be back at this location of Quesada and depending on how head office handles this matter of my filed complaint, we may not EVER go patron another Quesada. The food is NOT anything close to authentic. Just a complete disappointment over all. Also the staff seem to have different ideas of what is and what is not policy which makes for an interesting situation of unsure what exactly they do! I was going to go off completly in this review but decided to be the better person. However this place is a complete mess to avoid period! To clarify the fish was way too dry, the beef in both types of beef tacos was off ( something not right with it) same with the chicken. just an overall...

Decided to stop here on a whim and happened into the Cinco De Mayo sale. An excellent value and a great excuse to try the menu. I was impressed with the selection (they even have halal chicken which isn't too common) and how clear the menus are.

Service was quick, similar to other burrito places, but the staff seemed extra friendly. Even though they were busy they weren't rushing anyone through or pushing upsells like I've seen before at some other places.

The food was good quality, looked and tasted fresh. Even a regular sized (the smallest option) burrito was filling.

The churros were tasty but didn't taste very fresh - they were quite crispy and not hot. They have bags of them sitting out and not in a warmer so that is probably why. Won't get those again.

Of the options in the area, I'd definitely recommend this one if you like...

The girls who work here are very sweet, but unfortunately my mom and I got a lil sick from our Barbacoa beef tacos. It was absolutely freezing cold, the meat as well as the veggies of course. As I was eating it, my gut was already warning me. So we both have diarhhea last night and today that won't let us leave the house. Maybe the warmer wasn't working or the meat wasn't cooked right. Also, veggies can get contaminated by sitting out too long. Again, the girls are very sweet and the pricing is good but I am scared to ever come back again.
