Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Your restaurant opens at 5:00am and I was in your Drive Through at 5:38am. I ordered an XL Decaf Coffee which you told me was not available as the Decaf was still brewing. I then ordered a regular coffee in its place. Next I ordered the Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sandwich which you asked me "will that be with Sausage" and I replied "NO Bacon please", and you confirmed "with bacon, will there be anything else?" and I responded " Yes a Carrot and Walnut Muffin Please." at which time you informed me again that" we had just opened and the muffins were still baking but would you like a hash brown to make that a meal" and I responded "NO" I then added a small mint tea" I proceed to the window to make payment.

20 minutes later I arrive at my office and open my Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sandwich noticing first that you have burnt one side of my waffle and more importantly that you have made it with SAUSAGE.

Just a Few questions: How many pots of regular coffee do you run before running Decaf? How long does it take to brew a pot of coffee? If your restaurant is to be open at 5:00am would it not make sense to have the BREKFAST MUFFINS ready if not for opening time at least within the first half hour? Why would you bother to ask questions like "will that be with Sausage?" if you have no intention of honoring your...

Complete disaster at this location this morning. Young clerk is probably new and had no idea which items were on the menu. Told me they didn’t exist when it’s literally advertised right behind you. Then took forever to get our entire order (most items were missing and I had to ask for them). They apologized about it but most customers were missing their order this am and were inquiring about it. I know it can get busy but please train your staff better or people will get mad especially early in the morning. The staff was all over the place trying to prepare orders for both the drive through and the customers inside. Also good luck trying to get their attention, it’s probably way too busy with the drive through and there is probably not enough staff. Took a good 5-10 min to finally get the pastries I had asked for. They ended up giving me different pastries than the one I had ordered and I didn’t even bother asking to get the right ones. Great location and the best selection of items in town!!

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience there recently. They were busy in the drivethru as they often are, and a young man was rushing to make my sandwiches (I was inside). Someone yelled at him to handle drive thru orders first and then she took over and slapped my sandwiches together and handed them to me in a rush. When I tried the sandwich the bread was gummy and the bacon was cold and almost raw. I complained politely and the staff was quite rude. When I called to speak to the manager later in the day she was also quite rude on the phone. I was really disappointed. I had the exact same sandwich at a different location a couple days later and it was so fresh, bread toasted perfectly and the bacon crisp, so this just solidified the fact that my sandwich was rushed together poorly a few days before.
