Ordered online. My order was over 40 minutes late.. if you cant meet the deadline you provide dont give that deadline. Very unprofessional.
Edit: the store called and apologized. Offered a full refund. I will update this once I receive the refund. I have added a star for the call. Definitely a step in the right direction.
2nd edit: went in for the refund. I was the first customer of the day. The manager told me he can't refund my debit purchase because he has not made any sales yet that day with the debit machine and that means there is no money on the debit machine to return my money. Sounds like an excuse to me but I'm not familiar with debit machines so I will give the benefit of the doubt. He instead gave me a $50 in store credit or so he claims. I will add to this review once they make good on the credit.

Read moreWe ordered delivery tonight and received our pizzas under cooked, raw dough . So I went back to the store to show them. I showed the manager that was working by lifting the toppings up . She told me it was cheese, slimy un cooked dough! I was willing just to get two new pizzas until she insulted me by saying that. So I asked for a refund while still maintaining my cool still. She told me she couldn't but her manager could and was at the bank and I would have to wait 10 minutes so I said sure. After waiting about ten minutes she came to my truck asking for my debt card number and it would take 5 to 7 days for the money to return. Now I am furious!! I am out $50 bucks and have no dinner! this Manager should not be in customer service. But I must say my driver was awesome , when I went back to the store she tried to make things right! When ordered at 7:00pm with an eta on the app between 7:35-7:45pm to then playing ring around the rosy from 8:20-8:55pm throughly the poor operators at the customer service line trying to get ahold of the Chilliwack store, which neither them nor I could get an answer. Just wanting to know if our order was coming or not. Finally was transferred to the online order line who took our info and offered to submit a reimbursement request. Luckily, we were paying cash as this has happened before. The driver showed up with a grin on his face and gave us our order at 8:56pm. Our order was ice cold like it had been in the car for an hour and a half… and their take on mozzarella sticks were quite enlightening.
