Triple O's — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Unfortunately, I must give this location a single solitary star. I thoroughly enjoy Triple O's burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Although the number of times the staff have incorrectly made my simple order, is appalling. Over the course of a year, they incorrectly made my orders 75% of the time. That's a lot of wasted time for me, as well as an incredible amount of wasted food on their end. Normally I would say the staff is informative and polite, but I'd be lying if I included that in this review. Don't get me wrong, there are some staff members with intelligence and manners, but not many. I've started to utilize the location on Yale by Canadian Tire. Went here and ordered a grilled chicken burger. The bun was there, the Lettuce, the tomatoe was there....but the chicken on the chicken burger....well that was pathetic! It's $10.29 for the grilled chicken burger and the chicken was maybe a 1/3 of the size it should be. It was a tiny strip of chicken and all bun and toppings. Gross. I won't be back to this location. Though Triple O's in all locations provide consistently good food, the Triple O's at Yale road in Chilliwack is superior for consistent friendliness and hospitability. In particular, Parv, one of the drive-through servers, is an absolute delight to encounter each time I pass through. Parv not only offers great service, but takes a moment to ask if my day is going well when waiting for the order to be completed, and is attentive to my dietary requirements.
