It would appear that you have cut back on staff and hours. We have been coming there regularly for years and always had good service. This morning was terrible. The wait for taking our order and the wait for getting our food was terrible. This will make me reconsider where we go for breakfast if we have the same wait again. The dishes were overflowing by the garbage cans. This is not an acceptable way to keep the clientelle that you have built up over the years. We had to use take out cups as no glass ones. Wanted to take a moment to share some feedback for a team who clearly deserves it. First and foremost, this young gentleman named Kaiden, has impeccable customer service skills. It is so refreshing to see a younger person who truly takes such pride in their work. The A & W in Lacombe is probably one of the most under rated eateries. From time to time they publish coupons of which the most used seems to be the breakfast one's. The number one breakfast with toast and tomato is not matched at any other burger palace. Any of these type of businesses are hard pressed to compete with the Big M. The only ice cream they offer seems to be in a float and they don't seem to offer decaf. They are lacking Senior pricing in certain areas. However they do offer refills on the coffee.
