Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Lacombe

I believe giving credit where credit is due. So I go to Starbucks everyday after work, an today my drink was just missing an ingredient so I went back to see if they could just add the ingredient. And instead they made me a whole new drink an gave me a gift card and said "thank you for giving us the chance to fix it" and then I dropped the new drink they had JUST finished making me.😑 And they made me ANOTHER one. Coffee is never good no matter you get, but the iced chai’s usually don’t disappoint. The prices are insane but when I’m in a pinch, I’ll pay. Order ahead is available about 20% of the time in Lacombe which is inconvenient, as the store itself chooses to turn off the order ahead feature and they never provide a reason as to why. Also, they regularly lock their doors with no explanation in the middle of the day. I’ve asked and I always get the “I don’t know”. TLDR: coffee bad, chai okay, desperation...

This USE to be a good starbucks. For the last couple weeks it has been brutal. Repeating simple orders like “grande mocha half sweet” multiple times. Drinks being messed up.
