A Flavorful Journey to Abu’s Kitchen, Langley, BC: A Must-Try Restaurant Experience!
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of taking out from this incredible restaurant/kitchen and it was truly a flavor-packed journey to Kerala! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.
The Porotta and Beef curry transported me straight to the heart of Kerala. The taste was nothing short of exceptional, reminiscent of the authentic flavors found in the best Kerala hotels. The Porotta was soft, flaky, and perfectly complemented by the rich and flavorful Beef curry.
The service was equally praiseworthy. The staff was friendly, attentive. I greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness in packing my order neatly and efficiently, making it convenient for me to take it home. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
I must give special recognition to Chef Ismail, whose culinary expertise shone through in every dish. The passion and skill displayed in the preparation were evident, and I am grateful for the opportunity to savor his creations.
Not only is this kitchen a haven for delicious food, but it also offers affordability without compromising on quality.

Read moreThe Chicken Biryani here is really expensive, especially for a takeout / cloud kitchen! The menu on Google says $17.50, added just 2 months back, but I was charged $18.50. I assumed the portion size would be larger than the other places as they are charging a couple of dollars more than most other places, or the taste will be extraordinary, but that isn't the case. The raita is barely enough for half of the portion. The container is the silver foil one (to save business costs, which I don't mind) and they use the payment over a mobile phone which doesn't give you a proper itemised receipt (instead sends a receipt which says custom amount), all of which doesn't justify why they are charging a premium rate for the dish. So the total price for a meal doesn't feel worth it,...
Read moreWe went to Abu’s Kitchen yesterday after a long search for a place to have Mandhi as we missed it very much after coming to Canada. It’s been more than a year we have had Mandhi. But this place gave us the exact Mandhi experience we had in India. Though we went for a dine in, they said it was not available. Never mind, we got what we wanted. The staff were also really kind and helpful. Specially the Malayali chettan from Kozhikode. I forgot to ask his name. He was really kind and nice. Though the quantity might differ from what you get in Kerala, it tastes exactly the same and is perfect. In Kerala we also get unlimited rice. But as we are ordering for take out, that would not be possible.
I really recommend u guys to give us a dine in experience. We will...
