City Centre Square — Local services in City of Langley

It should be understood at the outset of my review... this is about the "City Centre Square Mall" itself and NOT the poor businesses that are located in it!! First off... and most importantly... there is a "Severe Pothole" located at the exit/entrance of the shopping centre onto Fraser Hwy!! This pothole is at least 2ft in diameter and is exceedingly damaging to any and all vehicles who unexpectedly drive into it!! Especially in the rain when the hole is filled with water and drivers can not see it until it is too late!!! This situation is not new though... the roads of the shopping centre are and always have been bad!! They are too narrow and potholes or pavement missing areas abound!! Next the parking availability is horrible... and it is almost impossible to "safely" get parked or leave the stalls!! These issues are NOT responsibility of the "stores" who pay rent there!! Indeed, I would bet that some folks just go to other location of the stores... i.e. Dollarama, DQ, Subway, Money Mart... all of which likely lost business because the shopping centre doesn't take care of roads and sidewalks! IMO City Square Centre management should up their game big time or drop rent rates for businesses located in this badly...

Their customer service is the rrudess i have ever experienced. They treat everyone like theives, the push you along to the point you feel rushed. And so in-your-face rudeness. For everything you need food, smokes, alcohol, bank,insurance,pet supplies, tanning, fast food, nail salon and coffee shop, only thing missing is a brothel but there are some dumpsters and seedy people in the park behind the mall so I'm sure if you were hard up you could find it there....
