Visited on Sunday morning, June 22, and I have to say this was hands down the worst experience Iâve ever had at any Subway. The employee working that morning clearly had no interest in being there, and it showed from the moment I walked in.
There was no greeting, no smile, no welcome â nothing. Just a blank stare as if I was an inconvenience. She didnât ask if I wanted a meal, a drink, or even what bread I preferred until I had to prompt her. It felt like I was dragging each step of my order out of her.
When she made the sandwich, it was obvious she didnât care at all â ingredients were barely filled, she seemed to intentionally skimp on everything, and when I asked for more veggies, she just threw them on without any care. It was like she was doing me a favour by doing her job. No pride, no energy, and zero effort.
The food didnât look fresh either. It honestly looked like it had been sitting out all night â soggy lettuce, dried out meats, and an overall look of food that should have been tossed, not served.
The atmosphere was dead, and not just because it was quiet â it was the vibe she created. No music, no smile, no enthusiasm. It genuinely felt like I was bothering her by being there. Not once did she ask if everything was okay or offer to upsell a drink or combo â basic customer service steps that every Subway visit usually includes.
If I could rate this visit zero stars, I would. I donât know what happened to the standards of this location, but this employee made me question if Iâd ever come back to this Subway again. Completely...

Walked to counter to order our food and the male person would not recognize my female partner until I told him to take her order. He always called me sir which is OK but please acknowledge and respect the female patrons also as important customers. Also the lady cashier was on a personal call and I had to speak very loudly to get her attention. I paid finally and she went back to her call. She left our food on the counter, went back on the phone. I had to ask for a bag. She threw the bag on the counter and I had to bag myself. Worst service ever. Also the bread tasted stale and not very good. Possibility was day old. We vowed we will not go back to that store again. Glad to see a Mr. Sub finally...
   Read moreExtremely rude customer service. I was being so kind, and they had attitude and were rolling her eyes consistently. She made a mistake on my sub, then I told her, she didn't change it, then proceeded to charge me extra for the things she added without me requesting it. I asked for 2x steak on a #8 Steak and Bacon 12" Sub. She gave me double cheese, which it should come with, and double bacon. Then charge me extra for the cheese and bacon I didn't ask for or want. Then when I told her the mistake with the charge she rolled her eyes and told me it's what I wanted. I know what I want, not you, and I know what ibordered, because it's the same sub I always order. Very rude and unprofessional. Won't be coming to this Subway again, and don't recommend...
