Taco Bell — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

The last few times we have come through the drive thru, we have been treated absolutely terribly.

A couple weeks ago the restaurant had been closing early and instead of staff being polite in informing us, we were very rudely told they were closed.

About a month ago, I was asked to pull to the front to wait for my food. Upon waiting, I watched staff circle the ENTIRE parking lot in -10 degree weather, without the food even in a bag and then presenting it to me. Even though I was parked at the front door…..when I asked about a bag, they wouldn’t give me one.

Today, there was trouble communicating through the speaker and the lady working asked us to pull up to the window. My husband ordered his meal and before even asking if that was everything, she rudely slammed the window shut. When he asked for extra cheese sauce, she said sour cream? He said no and repeated cheese sauce. His food was then wrong when we arrived home.

I get this is fast food, but customer service is complete crap here and we refuse to...

Went there this evening and it was the most exhausting experience. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with fries supreme, a chicken quesidilla with fries supreme, a single beef taco (cheese and beef only) with a small fries, and a small popcorn chicken. Once I received the order I noticed there was only 1 fries supreme. Then also saw that it was a chicken taco, not a quesilla. The young man working the till seemed exceptionally confused the difference between a soft taco and a quesidilla. The taco still had everything in it. They also forgot the popcorn chicken? They remade the chicken quesidilla but still didn't have what it was supposed to go with- sour cream & guacamole. The fries supreme had no sour cream. The washroom had no soap or paper towels. I am not a complainer but I had to go online and write a review of food from this Taco Bell. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. I am from Ontario and trust me the difference is day and night. I ordered soft tacos and the meat and sauce were like water. Almost no flavor at all. It was like eating clumpy water. I know times are tough but my goodness stay away from ordering food here. I have 2 of the tacos and they were both the same. I dumped everything out of the tacos and atm I and making fresh using store bought mix and my own ground beef and cheese. I rarely order out but I didn't have any taco shells today. Sadly it is not the only Spruce Grove, Alberta restaurant that doesn't measure up to other parts of this country. Almost all the big food franchises in Spruce Grove...
