One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Just went in today, and asked if I can have 2 scoops of different creations. One of the girls that was working the counter than proceeds to mix the ice creams together. I told her to please not mix the ice cream together and that I want them in the same cup but in different scoops, she then proceeded to argue with me then asks me what is she supposed to do with the ice cream she just mixed. I answered and said I don't know and that I'm not paying for it as it wasn't what I asked for. The other lady working the counter was much nicer and intervened and told her to just toss it. I then proceeded to just place one order of one flavor of icream as this was all she could seem to understand. She then proceeds to make my icecream and as she hands it to me to she rudely places is it on the counter. Just a tip for the rude girl working the counter if you cannot understand your customer or have the patience to have good customer service, maybe do not work In a place where you will be serving customers. I asked the employee how long he been working there. At first he said 3 months. Then I said then you cant say "they have never given them" if hes only been there for 3 months. He said his brother worked there prior to him and hes never given them out. Said relative not on location. I asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager wasnt in. I asked for the managers contact number and he refused to give to me. I told him I would just get it online.
Don't say something has never been done if your time working at the location is 3 months. Simply saying I do not know is better then saying no and then calling your customers liers when we have receipts and...
