So we ordered a pizza online from that store using my Papa Dough point. And when we were about to leave the house to pick it up, the manager called and said they canceled the order because we used Papa Dough. They asked, how did we get those Papa Dough Points?they want us to bring cash if we still want the food. Keep in mind that they already deducted the Papa Dough(points) from the account. When we reached out to customer service to find a solution for this issue, the manager declined to speak with customer service, and a customer service representative had to contact the store to resolve the matter. We were standing outside the store, conversing with customer service, when the manager emerged with food in his hand and stated, "This is your food" in an unprofessional (rude) manner, as though he was bestowing a favor upon us by providing the order.The manager seriously needs to brush up on his manners, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Read moreI had one of the worst experiences tonight. I have bought pizza here probably 30 times. I am a regular customer. Tonight I ordered a shaq-a-roni pizza (which I normally get) and it was the most poorly made pizza ever. The toppings were not to the edge, there was hardly any sauce (I asked for extra) and there was barely any cheese. The pizza was also full of bubbles everywhere. I didn't realize this until I got all the way home, so I got back in my car and drove 10 minutes back and asked them to remake it. The worker there did not apologize and was very rude. After waiting 10 minutes he handed me my remade pizza and it ALSO was not made properly. Toppings were still not all the way to the edge. I am not a "trouble customer", I just expect a pizza to be made right. I asked to speak to a manager and I was shocked to find out the person I was dealing with (Patrick) was the owner. I asked for a refund and told him I won't be back again and he didn't seem to care. So if you order from here I wouldn't be surprised if you find very little toppings...

Yesterday there was a long wait period even though app said food was ready for pick up, staff were visibly unhygienic infront of multipule customers, one kept picking at his face and switching between food prep, register, and the phone without washing his hands. Another had a cut on his hand and kept removing his glove, picking at the cut and then reusing the same glove around food. Got home to find the pizzas were wrong, missing items, undercooked pizza, and one had a strange chemical taste. I called and was offered a 25% discount, which didn’t seem fair given all the issues. Asked for a refund and was told only a discount was possible and they would not do a refund.
