This tims being on my way to work, sees me grab my coffee and breakfast almost daily.. although I’m not sure why I still do considering I can’t remember the last time the food was up to par or even close. Honestly borderline disgusting and ALWAYS poorly put together. Order a bagel? Expect it raw… you can ask for it double toasted triple or 10x. Either way- Shes coming out raw and you’ll be chewing it like a piece of taffy for the remainder of your drive. They seem to never have the muffin I ask for. Of course, They tell me they do, and always throw a bran muffin in the bag as a great disguise! I pull up and ask specifically for what I want, even give them an alternative incase they miraculously realize they DONT have it considering nobody will go check they’ll just blast your order through. This morning iced the cake, with my bagel being near mush despite requesting “toast it til it’s black”, the coffee being labelled right but still made wrong.. then the sandwich.. oh god. I don’t even know what I got, but it wasn’t a bacon biscuit. Smelled absolutely rank like expired food and dripping some kind of sauce. I never ordered sauce or roast beef on my bacon breakfast sandwich… on the plus side, I’m not even hungry anyways after looking at & smelling this “food”.
Do not go here. I’ve been wasting time and money on this terrible excuse for a timmies...
Read moreGot my whole order wrong at the drive through… didn’t enter anything in right. Took my whole order without any objection to any items.
I get to the window to pay and find out they didn’t put anything in combos like I asked. They also told me right at the window that they didn’t have a bunch of the stuff for my order so I couldn’t have any of that stuff and had to make up my mind and change everything right away.
There was a big lineup, and it was busy. The lady from inside, leaned out the window past the cashier and started getting irritated with me because all the people behind me were waiting on me to change my whole order last minute. I was overwhelmed and stressed out. Not sure what I wanted now because I had no menu in front of me, and everything I suggested they did not have any more of.
I was exasperated that the lady was getting mad at me for the lineup. When it was THEIR POOR ORGANIZATION , they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any of my stuff at the start and put me in a position to quickly rethink my entire order last minute.
Tim Hortons has really gone downhill… They are cheap with their portions and jack up their prices. The wraps are tiny and you pay a lot for them. I believe they hire a lot of people who don’t understand English, and none of the orders come out right. I’ve noticed this at a few Tim...

The person who took my order constantly every second asked if i was ready and when i would ask for a moment he would start rambling off items on the menu and trying to rush me out of the drive thru. When i actually was ordering i had to repeat everything i said multiple times. Then after everything i said he told me my total and to pull up to the window. Since my order wasnt taken properly and i was annoyed with having to repeat everything i said multiple times and being rushed i ended up taking whatever he said since it was easier then asking again for my item. I get a drive thru is suppose to be quick but should be rushed out of it and not even get the customer what they are asking for or ask for clarification if you are unsure.
