The first paragraph of this review is a copy and paste from my review of the restaurant on Centrefield Dr, with a different set of adventures: It pains me to give a single star review, I don't usually leave reviews at all unfortunately unless I've had a negative experience. I don't know if I have a case of Stockholm's syndrome, but this Tim Hortons (as well as the one that is geographically closest to it on Townline Rd) do not seem to know how to get an order right.
Approximately three weeks ago, I made a complex order consisting of five breakfast sandwhiches on English muffins, 3 medium hot chocolates, an extra large cofee and a large coffee, paired up with 5 hash browns; some might even wittingly call it a "combo". After we are driving away and on the 401 on our way out of Oshawa, my kids alert me that there are no hash browns. A little far away to turn around and go through the drive through to ask about my missing hash-browns.
This morning, I made an order of two sun dried tomato bagels, toasted buttered with cheddar cheese, three breakfast sandwhiches on english muffins, five hash browns, an XL coffee and a L coffee. I drive on home, open the bag, and there is an entire bagel missing (which I most certainly paid for).
I'm not sure why I keep coming back, between the kitchen being "closed" in the evening and the approximately 25% success rate on delivering on relatively simple orders.,.... I am questioning whether part of their new cost-cutting strategy of increasing the prices and shrinking the portions also involves charging customers for food and then not...
Read moreTim Hortons never disappoints! Whether itâs an early morning coffee run or a quick lunch break, the service is fast and friendly. Their Double Double is a classic, and I absolutely love the freshness of their Timbits and breakfast sandwiches. The location is clean, cozy, and always has that warm Canadian vibe.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. What stood out the most was the amazing teamwork among the staff. Everyone worked together smoothly, from taking orders to preparing food and drinks efficiently.
Even during a busy time, they stayed organized and kept the line moving quickly without sacrificing friendliness or accuracy. You could tell they communicated well and supported each other â it really made the visit feel welcoming and well-managed.
Their iced cappuccino is my personal favoriteârefreshing and creamy every single time. Prices are reasonable, and the menu has something for everyone, whether youâre looking for a hearty wrap or a light snack.
Kudos to the team for creating a positive atmosphere and delivering great service with a smile. Keep up the excellent work!
Highly recommend Tim Hortons for anyone who enjoys comfort food with quick service and consistent quality. Always a...
Read moreIt's become abundantly clear that their more interested in speed then they are about fulfilling the customer order correctly. I've been going to this Tim Horton's for 10 years now. It's very few an far between when they actually take the time to correctly provide what I've ordered. Everytime I go in the morning I order an everything bagel double toasted with butter an cheddar. An everytime I get a bagel that I would call untoasted Butter is cold an thick. Like enough for 3 bagels. It's absolutely disgusting getting a mouthful of cold thick butter in your mouth. Also you want me to have my tims app ready an payment ready. But you never tell me at the screen what the cost is. Want me to have payment ready I NEED TO KNOW THE COST. P.s don't ask me to call or go to a website to complain or let you know what you could do differently. Read your reviews an make changes an have quality control. I will be checking my order at the window from now on. An if its partially toasted with a ton of butter I'll be giving it right back an waiting for it to be done properly. Waste my time I'll...
