Worst service ever Complaint is specific to the store in Clearwater, British Colombia , Canada. I driving over 30km there & back to get crispy chicken burger meals. The fries are ALWAYS WAY too undercooked from this DQ We couldn't eat them. Even the dog wouldn't eat them. The chicken burger was a pathetic chicken patty which had never been close to a chicken. It was literally all slapped together. It was thin and mostly breading and had been cooked and cooled several times. We couldn't chew it. On top of that, the lettuce was literally rotten! It was brown and stinky like it had been in the fridge for a month or two! This "meal" totally turned us off DQ! Please send quality control people to this location. I don’t know what it is but customer service at this location is horrible worst people ever!!! They are causing DQ to lose long time customers as well as ruining the DQ reputation! This place is hard to get into. You really have to want to come here. My excuse is that I was from out of town and didn't realize until it was to late.

Anyhow... Parking- was good plenty of spots but there was no pull through except for the drive through.

Food- took 3 tries to get our order close to correct. And I just want to say smarties are not m&ms , am I right, like👍 this video and comment.

Service -They wanted to charge me because they didn't write the order down. But we worked out a fair compromise and everyone walked away happy. Other than that service was prompt and easy.

Atmosphere- nobody else inside and 1 drive through, business was slow is the vibe I had
