Well, I came here to try the new build your own burgers and was extremely disappointed!!! First of all the I was unaware that hair nets are not need to work in a public kitchen ( to the guy with long black hair that made my burger) if you have long ( lady like ) hair you need to put it up! As for my burger you made, I only asked for 3 items and 2 sauces. And surprisingly you forgot one sauce and one item! Congratulations not only can't you dress properly to work in a kitchen you can't follow simple instructions from your shift ic who we all ( the other costumes waiting) Hurd tell you exactly what to put on the burger. I know your young and haven't grasped the reality of working for your keep . But this was at 4:30 and their was only a few orders in. Your not being rushed in anyway. I know most of you who are still reading this is thinking that's what you get for going to a cheap burger place so either go bring it back or suck it up. I'm not bringing it back because the shift working right now doesn't give 2 f**. It's obvious. So I'd rather put it up here so you all ( including the shift working now ) because it's not busy and your playing on your phones so lots of time to read this. If you want to have a good burger go to BIN 4. It coast about the same as McDonald's Build Your Own anyway and you'll always get a properly...
Read moreDrive through always sucks. Dinein I ou seem to get better customer service. I do empathize with drive thru employees as I worked at McDonald's before and it. An get pretty crazy. However I notice lots that an employees frustration from a disgruntled customer can run off onto a customer who is happy and easily please.
My BIGGEST BIGGEST peeve with ANY McDonald location is french fries. Again I said I worked at a McDonalds. During training I never once heard or read or was given a silent hunt or nudge to push the 7 min fry time to try to sell them all. I was strictly taught that each station had a strict expiry time and once it was complete...(fries...7 min ONLY) in the warming tray/area. If there was not enough food in the disposal garbage our floor manager was unhappy. Promptly at 4 mins before disposal of unused fries(7min) neefries went in the fryer. Nothing brings my INNER KAREN out more when I get fries in my order that are either nearly cold or cold. I ALWAYS return them. And ask why were they not thrown out after 7 min??? I think they all think McDonald's is there and they are selling their food and its their money being made aside from their reg pay. MCDONALDS IS RICH PEOPLE. THAT BIG BAG OF FRIES COST THEM .28 CENTS. THROW THE...
Read moreI gotta admit this place is kept fairly clean and there is a lot of parking space, and itâs very accessible. HOWEVER, as a delivery driver and a customer that comes here in the morning before my shift, the customer service is utterly unacceptable. Waiting in the lobby could take up to 10 minutes just to get attended to even with 6-7 staff on the floor. As a delivery driver, waiting takes even longer (theyâre deliberately avoiding eye contact). Is it so hard to tell people, âjust a moment, please. Weâll be working on your order soon.â Communication is paramount in customer service, if you cannot meet this, you canât satisfy your customers! Delivery orders are also customers who paid money for the food and the delivery. In-lobby customers are people who go out of their way to come meet you in the restaurant because they want to speak with a human being !!! Not through a screen. Until this is fixed, I recommend Allandale or Royal Oak or Millstream McDonaldâs over this one any day and time of the year. HELL, Pandora avenue is way faster and more...
