Went on a weekday afternoon and the space was not very full. There were a number of open tables available. We ordered first (black sesame einspanner and mango latte) and then sat at a table of our choice. Drinks were picked up at the counter and regardless of whether it was to-stay or to-go, cold drinks were placed in a plastic to-go cup. The mango latte has a layer of mango jam or pulp at the bottom which needs to be mixed with the milk above it. The black sesame einspanner is not as rich in flavour as it could be, but the ice is a big factor in dilution.
Price is reasonable considering nearby competitors and the time spent in the space.
The atmosphere is welcoming and the open concept layout makes it a relaxing place to meet others or study. Seating is not overly comfortable, but suitable for chatting for a couple hours. Hashtag does state that they have a two hour limit on seating, but it does not seem to be enforced.
Would recommend a visit if you are meeting friends or...
Read moreWe had a chance to visit Cafe Hasthag a couple of weeks ago to get some Croffles. And we were very very glad that we went.
At first, we were a bit hesitant as the google reviews seemed to have a lot of negativity. But when referenced it across with UberEats reviews, we were astonished to find that they were rated much higher on Uber.
So we decided to give it a go, and we got a few different items.
First: there was absolutely no hygiene of cleanliness issue like described in some of the reviews.

When I spoke to the owner and asked why there seemed to be a decent amount of negative reviews, she was also confused, but said that the community in the neighbourhood doesn't really leave good reviews for ANY of the restaurants in that complex. Which is absolutely sad to hear.
Rest assured to whoever goes to this restaurant, it is bright, clean and most importantly, the...
Read moreI've gone to Cafe Hashtag twice already and, it's a really cool Korean Cafe.
Decor is nice and neat here. Perfect spot for hangout or studying. Lounge area (where lips painting is) by entrance or some of front tables have some power plugs here.
Dalgona Crunch Latte, Watermelon Juice and Grapefruit Ade are amazing here. I'd love to try Crowaffle one day if I could. I visited here for a second time recently for a mock interview. Wifi connection wasn't good. I brought my laptop to work on notes for mock interview which seemed more convenient to do it at home instead. Too bad wifi didn't work on my laptop.
I got Grape Ade (Chungpodo Ade) on my visit it tasted okay. My half sweeten Dalgona Crunch Latte was pretty memorable. Not too sweet, but it had depth of flavour when Dalgona cubes mix with coffee.
Staff was helpful. I totally want to get my Dalgona Crunch...
